I had such a beautiful experience at CDM Restaurant in Corona Del Mar. The atmosphere is stylish yet relaxed, with the perfect coastal vibe that makes you feel like you’re on a mini getaway. The service was warm, attentive, and professional from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Whether you’re going for a date night, girls’ night, or just a special dinner, this place is such a great choice. Highly recommend if you’re in the Corona Del Mar area and looking for amazing food and a lovely ambiance. Can’t wait to go back 🤍✨

Intimate restaurant with excellent food and drinks with superb service. We started the night with a Bell's martini and a Sam's old fashioned. Both very well balanced and fun. The ice cubes in the old fashion are very unique. I'm usually not a bread person but couldn't help but enjoy the perfectly fresh baked bread. A bit crispy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. A definite must. For our main course we ordered the ribeye steak sliced and shared the brussel sprouts and mushrooms with our friends. And ended our meal with the best dessert I've had in a while... strawberry tart. Perfectly sweetened by the berries and not added sugar. We will definitely be back to sample more of their menu. Unfortunately, service was bad the second we checked in at the host stand. I don't like to write poor reviews but this was just not professional from a business owners perspective. Host stand was seemingly passive aggressive and unpleasant - maybe long shift I don't know, can't speculate. Usually have had good experiences some one offs here and there. Server seemed annoyed from the start. Not sure if there's drama among the staff at this point or what but everyone, EXCEPT a gentlemen who brought us our drinks and gentlemen who brought our starting dish, was in a mood. It's a Friday night, thats just not what anyone wants to be around,. Those interactions collectively just extinguished our moods and made this experience easy to leave. After we got our first dish and drinks, we had enough uninterrupted time to make reservations elsewhere. We decided to just grab the check and go somewhere else for birthday dinner. Great decision, better atmosphere, way better service elsewhere.

My Filet was tought as leather I could hardly cut it and had a hard time chewing it. I have never experienced this with a filet at any restaurant. Tuna appetizer was out of this world delicious drinks are very good as well the service was outstanding. I will go there again but will pass on the filet.

The ambiance is good; however, food taste needs a bit more punch to it... more seasoning would go a far way to heighten the flavor and tastiness of the meals. Good ambiance though!

Great experience for a New Year's Eve dinner but we were given champagne without asking for it and then charged $25 per person for the champagne, ended up costing another $100 that we didn't really want to pay for. Other than that, service was great and so was the food
So happy we celebrated our New Years Eve dinner at CDM. Excellent service and delicious food. Loved the warm patio ambiance.

My husband and I save this restaurant for special occasions, but somehow we always end up with the same server… Ruby. And unfortunately, she always makes our experience be less than special. She checks on every other single table, but ours, which I can tell is on purpose. When we asked if we could put another round of drinks she said no because our drinks were not done, not sure what difference that makes, especially when the food and drinks were taking forever to come out.
Food and drinks were good as always. I just wish the service matched the food quality.

Have eaten there many times in the past, but haven't been there in the last one year or so. The steak was not only expensive, which is expected, but no sear and almost flavorless for a ribeye! Feels like the quality of food and quality of ingredients has suffered
