Chipotle Mexican Grill

The shop was very slow, and there was a stone in the burrito. It's a place I frequent and used to love coming here, but I think things are changing. Please be more careful.

Stopped in for my go to chicken bowl for lunch. Ate it on the ride back to the job site. Unimpressed is being generous. 1st time I've been to this location. I've had instances where my favorite dish has been a dud like this at my go to Chipotle location so I give them the benefit of the doubt that the food here is usually great & I just happened to stop by at a time when it wasn't. Chipotle is generally one of my favorite spots & I eat there regularly if not often. Getting a dish that is your favorite & it doesn't taste good happens sometimes

Absolute baby scoops. They managed to turn a double steak into two baby penny pinching scoops. Called it out and they made a whole deal about it. Shoulda just told them to restart the bowl from scratch. Do better

Terrible experience! No chicken, no rice and at 8:49 on a Sunday when I asked if more could be made they said no. Will never come here again. No wonder Chipotle’s sales are tanking.

Food was good and the service was fast. The tables were messy and the employees were a bit rude and didn’t listen very well. I had to repeat myself.

FOLLOW UP:

As you can see from Chipotle’s response below, this is what businesses is do. They follow up with some canned response. What is “reaching out” to them going to do? The answer is: nothing. I explained the problem, and I guarantee you they will do nothing about it. I would bet good money if I went back there in 6 months, the employees would still be rude, not be very good listeners, and the tables would be dirty. My 84-year-old father mentioned that they were rude to him as well. We were both being nice and polite. Chipotle, if you’re reading this, talking to me is not going to solve your problems. You need to talk to your employees, not me. Had Chipotle responded to this review with nothing other than an apology, I would’ve bumped up my review by one star. Instead, it’s minus one star for the non-response. Here’s an idea for the Chipotle employee or manager who responded to my review: instead of wasting your time responding to Google reviews with nonsense, spend that same time wiping down the tables so at least you have a clean restaurant.

Prepare to be skimped out of your protein and your guacamole. Tiny amount of protein and barely any guac. I mean i paid extra for guac so I expect a good amount. And no lemonade To top it off. Never had I seen a chipotle like this one. I think it’s because it’s in Newport Beach so since they can’t up the price they just reduce your food. Not cool. I had never been able to finish a whole bowl before but today I did, that just confirms that I was skimped out of my food.
