I ordered a lunch special pepperoni pizza with a Caesar salad and a drink. When I picked up my order, I realized it wasn’t correct — I received a cheese pizza, no salad, but a box of jalapeños instead.
I called Gina’s Pizza to let them know, and Giovanni helped me right away. He was incredibly kind, professional, and understanding. He refunded me without any hassle and told me that next time I come in, to let him know and they’ll take care of me.
Mistakes happen, but great customer service makes all the difference. Giovanni’s attitude and willingness to fix the issue really stood out to me. I truly appreciated how thoughtful and respectful he was.
Thank you to Giovanni and the entire Gina’s Pizza staff for the great service — I’ll definitely be back.

I was craving pizza and came across this spot on my drive home. I was a bit skeptical due to you being able to put whatever you want onto a slice. The pizza was not very good. The quality of cheese wasn't great and the toppings didn't seem fresh. More like canned mushrooms to me. There was no dine in and I think they were working on a patio area when I went. If you're looking for good pizza with good ingredients I would try another spot.

This is a tiny coastal gem with incredible food and friendly service. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the vibe was super relaxed. It gets pretty busy in this Gina's pizza but our young server was super attentive. You can take out food, which they will serve you from the side window. Easy parking. Great spot.
