Was upcharged .75 cents per latte to have LESS espresso? In total was charged $9.75 for a latte with half + half, vanilla, and less espresso than normal…. When I asked about it was given a response that made no sense. It’s not about the money, but the principle. The coffee also did not taste good for almost a $10 latte.

It’s funny—when I went for a refill, the Asian lady mentioned she didn’t notice me coming in today. The amusing part is, I was there the whole time, drinking my first cup of coffee. I even checked my clothes and appearance, and I didn’t exactly look like someone who'd grab another person’s cup for a free refill. It makes me wonder how often she questions people coming for a refill and what criteria she uses to do so.
