I just have a couple questions, I’m pretty confused. It seems that whenever I’ve tried to come back here, they’re not open. What are the actual hours? Why is the logo a triangle slice when they sell squares? Isn’t a slice supposed to be a triangle? Are you able to call yourself Slices if you don’t sell slices?

Hear about this place last year and came in from Denver. Was here visiting family so I dropped in and the pizza is amazing. I am from Jersey so I have had my share of pizza. This pizza rocks and the crust is light and the quality of ingredients is over the top.Coming back before I leave town.Enjoy….from Kyri…Colorado

SLICES in Newport Beach is perhaps deserves more than 5 stars. The lady at the counter was extremely cordial and the pizza was plain simple the BEST we have had in a longtime. I would say it stands up to Lombardi's in NY. The square veggie pizza took me back to Rome close to the Vatican where they had the same square pizza. Yummy!!!!

I've never had pizza that good before! Even reheated in my oven on a stone is still the best! I actually got a chance to meet Mr. Franzese with his family. It was a great experience! I'm telling my family and friends to go there, now you need to try it! "This is an offer you can't refuse!"
The pizza was good but nothing mind-blowing. Also pretty pricey so I'd suggest skipping this spot.

My family granted my wish to eat at Michael Franzese "Slices" for my 69th birthday. It has been my ultimate dream to meet Micael Franzese after hearing his testimony of God's amazing Grace in his life. My girls also surprised me by having my friends join us. Not only did the PIZZA and MEATBALLS not disappoint but Michael Franzese and his Beautiful wife Camille stopped by to wish me a Happy 69th birthday. To me meeting Michael Franzese was like meeting the ApostlePaul.. What an amazing testimony he has, showing the world of a modern day miracle. SLICES brings the ingredients of Italy right to you. The PIZZA is amazing every bite is flavorful, fresh, a mouthful of pure delight. And the meatballs brought me right back to my grandmother's homemade yumminess. If you haven't gone, go you will not be disappointed. Oh and the service is amazing too. Family the Italian way. Thank you Franzese Family for making my 69th birthday the best ever..We will be back.

Been looking foward to devouring this pizza for quite a long time. Went with my family yesterday; it didn't disappoint! And not only did it not disappoint, it dethroned all 3 of my favorite pizzas in California!!!! Strawhat Pizza in Hollister, Roundtable Pizza at several locations, and Mountain Mikes Pizza, also in Hollister. We have a new king: SLICES!! And the icing on the cake...pizza....meeting and chatting with the boss himself: Mr. Franzese. Also, his friends and family...all very nice people. You can sense the humbleness in that eatery. Thats extremely important to me. Loved it. Cant wait for Slices to open closer to home in downtown Los Angeles, or even better: La Puente. Thats way, I can just walk to Slices every cheat day. You know you hit the food jackpot, when you step out of a restaurant and feel like a MADE MAN. A really full MADE MAN.
