I wish the servers could receive tips because Felix always goes above and beyond in his service. The sushi ? is consistently fresh and melts in your mouth. If you visit, be sure to look out for Felix; he is one of the most exceptional servers you can encounter. He is friendly, remembers you, and makes every effort to ensure you feel valued and cared for. My husband and I love this place.

Today I was picking up my order and the human waiter asked me to confirm receipt of my order, looking at my phone violating my personal boundaries.
And how stupid do you have to be to ask a girl to confirm, if these orders are on the shelf with the issue and no one is guarding them!
It's sad all this of course...to realize
It's like I'm not in America, I'm in the wilderness. Does he realize that? That I could just walk in and take it? But I was the first to come up and ask for help with the order, and he also asked me to confirm and looked at my phone. This is humiliation on an unbelievable level.

I was pleasantly surprised on how good everything was. I’m not the biggest fan of raw fish but I ate absolutely everything. The service was great and I like not having to think when I order since there are prefixed menu options.

I love this place so much. I used to live by the marina del ray location and would go there constantly and this location is even better. Parking can be an issue but if you don’t go during a peak time, you’ll be fine. I thoroughly look forward to my quarterly trips to SF Corona Del Mar following my Botox appointments ?

16% mandatory service fee. Same thing calling it a mandatory tip. No, thank you! I'm not going to be told how much to tip. Pay your employees a fair wage and use the daily profit for the cost of your operations. There's many other restaurants that don't have mandatory fees.

This place is so good. I’m so happy they open a location in CDM. I have been to the one in LA, and they are both so delicious. They have basement parking and the wait wasn’t bad at all on a Friday evening. This location is pretty small, but they were able to sit us with my baby in the stroller. They don’t have highchairs for kids.
Parking: Two levels underground parking.
Kid-friendliness: No highchairs but they were able to accommodate us with our baby in the stroller.
