The summer house is a general go to for American food. The prices are on the high side for the food you get. We generally go here for a quick meal. The server we got tonight is little hard on hospitality and same experience we had before from him. I think he has been there a while and regulars get better service and not so short with service at there tables from.what we noticed.

The food was alright, but the prices were exorbitantly high to justify small portions. The amount of actual potatoes in the breakfast potatoes was laughable. We were greeted warmly upon entering, but our waiter’s customer service was rather off-putting.

Wanted some normal food that wasn't catering to the Real Housewives and Influencer culture and this place was where we took a chamce on. The pesto chicken sandwich is portioned for a man and not a waif, my found something she liked as well. The atmosphere is laid back and not pretentious like most other places in Corona Del Mar. Highly recommend if your hungry and eat like a normal person.

My husband had the worst New England Clam chowder. It might have been a chowder, but they forgot the clams. Soup watery, not creamy. I had the worst fish & chips ever. The batter was soggy and French fries were like toothpicks. Prices were reasonable, but the quality made it pricey. First and last time!
