This is my first experience living in an apartment and I’d like to say that Allan made the transition so easy! Really attentive to the things you want and will do his best to help you out. Happy tenant!
My boyfriend &’ I were in a rush to find an apartment. We were looking at a few prior to coming to One11, but One11 stood out to us because of the friendly and inviting atmosphere. Allan stepped away from one of their parties to patiently explain and show us around. We really appreciated that gesture, he also was extremely helpful during the move in process.

One11 apartments is one of the best places I’ve lived in a long time. Very clean, luxurious and customer service is a 10/10 specifically Allan. He’s very hands-on and helpful when needed. I recommend this place
