Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service! The worst Costco I’ve ever shopped in.
The return desk would not credit me for a grocery item that had gone stale, despite their 100% return guarantee. I then spent 25 minutes talking to the assistant manager just to get a $2 refund on a different item that had already been opened prior to my purchase.
They then chased after me when I entered the store with the item that they refused to take back, stating I could not bring it into the store, holding me for another 15 minutes until I was forced to toss it in the trash.
Costco, Train your managers and associates to provide better Customer Service. This particular store has over 150 complaints reporting similar customer service problems.

Don't call in advance as it will not matter we called in the day before and still waiting over an hour to get our pizza .... this new system they have is awful ..... whoever came up with it should be fired lol

Food= amazing. Service = Bad. Love the food for the price but I don’t know what the food court is thinking. Service is super slow. I’m not sure why they have two lines form and then have only one person serving one side and two people serving just the other line. I’ve been here twice and people who got here way after me were served sooner than I was.SUGGESTION : have the middle Person Alternate what line they serve so both lines move at the same pace. Also they don’t answer the phone and then ask you at the counter if you called in. Doesn’t make any sense.

They don't answer the food court phone so you can't place a pickup order. You HAVE to come and wait in line. Not sure if they are understaffed but definitely not like the other Costco locations.

This Costco food court needs to really upgrade to KIOSK because it’s a lot more quicker than waiting in line. Every single time I come here there are only 2 open windows & they always take forever. Lines are always by where the benches are at where people it and it’s inconvenient.

One of the most inefficient Costco. It lacks technology upgrades even though it is one of the busiest Costco. They need to fix the food court or practice to have supply in advance. More likely management don't listen to staff or the management is old school.
