Great food and great staff!
I was on vacation and stumbled upon this food truck in the Safeway shopping center. I was happy to see a plant based food truck. I had the Buddha bowl and the hibiscus tea. it was the bomb! The folks working the truck gave great customer service.
The fish in the fish and chips are from Gardien I think and I normally bake them. Have them deep-fried; it is a decadent treat.
