“I was visiting Honolulu from Wisconsin, and this food truck ended up being one of the best surprises of the whole trip. I’ll be honest the walk to it looks a little sketchy at first since you head down this small alley, but don’t let that fool you. Once you get back there, it’s a whole different story. The customer service was awesome super friendly, super welcoming. And the food? Straight-up 10/10. The loaded barbecue fries were insane, packed with flavor and totally worth every bite. The burgers were just as amazing, juicy and cooked perfectly. Everything we tried was out of this world. If you’re in Honolulu, don’t sleep on this place. I’d come back in a heartbeat.“

“We stopped by this place for lunch after experiencing some very poor vegan options in Waikiki. We took some basic items - a fried rice dish, a fried noodle dish, and some summer rolls. All of the dishes were great. We also liked the cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended if you are nearby. Everything is vegan except for a few beverage items. “This has been our go to brunch spot for the last several years. The food is amazing - the Oscar Benedict (crab/corned beef) is one of our favorites! The coffee w/cookies and especially having the milk/cream warmed is the perfect way to start the day. The peaceful atmosphere with its view of the blue ocean and Fort DeRussy park makes this a truly special place. Most of all, the staff is amazing… Summer, Feliciana, Chris, everyone! They have truly imbued the spirit of Aloha.“

“We wanted Asian food for breakfast and googled this place. It’s hard to find because it’s tucked in a square. However it was worth it. The food is made fresh and replaced often due to the foot traffic. It taste amazing and the price is right. It’s not super pricey and it taste so good. It’s grab and go and there’s tables outside. Perfect to get picnic snacks.“

About half of our guests are local and the rest from the mainland, but everyone agreed that the food was delicious! The EH staff were incredible, efficient, accommodating, and I was pleasantly surprised by the large number of staff supporting our dinner. We had many specific requests prior to the event, including custom drink menus, foods to accommodate dietary restrictions, drink tickets distribution, seating configuration changes, etc., and they executed everything perfectly. “We enjoyed Easter Brunch at Roy's this Sunday morning. It was a breath of fresh air to have such an attentive staff. From the check in to walking past the bar to taking our orders and clearing our plates, every single staff member was attentive, cheerful, sincere, and happy to serve us. The food was outstanding. We started with the Crispy Zucchini on toasted bao bun with house XO sauce. The light and airy tempura batter on the zucchini was salted delicately to bring out the zucchini and the XO sauce complimented nicely. The four servings were delightfully filling - no skimping on portion size! My husband and I both ordered from the Easter Brunch specials. I had the crab cake eggs benedict and my husband enjoyed the amazingly tender 48 hour sous vide short rib steak. We all laughed when the waiter obligatorily brought a steak knife to the table. It was not needed in the least! We opted out for baked desserts and instead ordered a second round of drinks. As I said, service was impeccable. What an enjoyable morning. I highly recommended a visit.“

My toddler who is in a picky eating phase loved their scrambled eggs and croffles. They also have the best matcha latte I've ever had, I believe they use a pandan syrup they make in house. I would return just for the hamachi shashimi and the ichibo steak as it melts in your mouth! Loved the great ambiance and service. The greeter welcomed us and sat us quick even said happy birthday. Our servicer Emily was so friendly and so was the rest of the staff that brought out the amazing food!“
