You order on the tablet and it’s ready in a few minutes. There’s not really any interaction with the guys making the shaved ice.Flavors were good, I think I saw a sign that said they were all natural too. I got the rainbow Hawaiian.
Super slow service. One person making shaved ice for a line of ppl.Absolutely delicious even though it was overpriced compared to Matsumoto (at double the price). But the toppings were delicious and worth the splurge on vacation. Get the "heavenly" and not the "pink" as the latter tasted watered down.

This was my favourite shave ice spot of the four I tried during my visit to Ohau. It’s a bit more expensive than the others, but the portion is big, and the flavours were delicious. The syrups used in the ones I’ve tried didn’t have that artificial taste, and the shave ice had a delicate fluffy texture.
