This was my favourite shave ice spot of the four I tried during my visit to Ohau. It’s a bit more expensive than the others, but the portion is big, and the flavours were delicious. The syrups used in the ones I’ve tried didn’t have that artificial taste, and the shave ice had a delicate fluffy texture. I tried the Heavenly Lilikoi, and Pink Island, but you’re free to create your own flavour combinations.This is a kiosk set up in the bustling heart of Waikiki, where you are required to place your order on the tablet set up at the front, and when your order is ready they will call out your name for pick up. Other than that, there’s no real interaction with the people who work here. However, they were quite efficient, and the wait was never too long. I also noticed that they’re usually busier in the evening with longer lines compared to the afternoon.
My wife loves shaved ice. We had to go back two days in a row. ?

You order on the tablet and it’s ready in a few minutes. There’s not really any interaction with the guys making the shaved ice.Flavors were good, I think I saw a sign that said they were all natural too. I got the rainbow Hawaiian.

Super slow service. One person making shaved ice for a line of ppl.Absolutely delicious even though it was overpriced compared to Matsumoto (at double the price). But the toppings were delicious and worth the splurge on vacation. Get the "heavenly" and not the "pink" as the latter tasted watered down.
Great desserts that I could have come back for every day I was in Hawaii.The ice cream had a nice, delicate texture and the frozen yogurt in the middle created the perfect contrast between the rich milkiness and the slightly fruity ice cream. They look generous but aren't too sweet or filling.Some people say it takes too long, we were bothered by the average waiting times of 10 minutes - everything is made fresh. There are seating options in the area.Definitely check this place out!

I came to this stand 26 years ago with my family and was excited it was still around when I returned!I remember this specific shaved ice place because they put frozen yogurt under the shaved ice and it was always the most delicious pairing!!To be clear, this is a stand below the 2nd floor where their coffee brick and motor sits.I returned with my husband and raved so much about this place before he even got to try it! We both enjoyed the Heavenly Lilikoi with it’s flavor, the soft and chewy mochi, passionfruit, and especially the frozen yogurt. Popping boba isn’t appealing to us but it didn’t taste bad.The square recycle able container it comes in, makes it easy to tip towards the end, so you can drink the remnants :0)Pricing is not bad at $10.95 (without tax). The location is sooo convenient and close to many hotels. There does get to be a line but we were fortunate to go during the week day in the late afternoon when there was not a long wait. You self order on the screen and they call your name when it’s ready.It’s the best shaved ice place in the shopping plaza and within an hour vicinity!!
