this is the best soba i’ve had. i got the hana soba that comes with the tempura set and a side of mackerel sashimi. the soba was such a blast of flavors and textures - it was salty, had bursts of sea water from the salmon roe, creamy from the uni, ooey gooey from the shaved radish, umami from the soy sauce based broth, and perfectly chewy from what appeared to be handmade soba noodles. oh and i can’t forget the crunch from the perfectly crispy tempura bites. it was...read full review
Super nice and friendly staff. Great quality and taste. As authentic Japanese food as it gets, from the tempura to the maguro natto, to the saba shiyaki.
