Just finished eating here with my family of 5.My wife is Chinese.We all agreed that Chong Ching Cuisine is the best Chinese restaurant in Hawaii.Food was delicious, fresh, and straight from the kitchen which ensures its temperature hot.If I could give the restaurant 15 stars, I would.I am afraid my review will drive so many customers there that I will have a hard time getting a seat as the restaurant dining area is small and intimate.It was so good we all agreed to eat there again...read full review

Nice little shop in Honolulu if you want Chinese cuisine. After quite an experience going to Mori on Waikiki beach the day prior, we decided to visit Chong Qing and needless to say, we needed this. Great food, attentive staff. Cold apps, to the entrees, was great. It felt like home. So definitely give this place a try if you're in Honolulu.
