Mr Ojisan Neo Bar & Sushi Reviews
The Mr. Ojisan Omakasi Sushi was the best that we've had in a long time. We also had tonkatsu, fried oysters, misoyaki butterfish, and tempura and everything was excellent. The restaurant becomes a bar with karaoke later at night, so go early for dinner.Parking: There is a limited number of free parking spaces in the back.
Met with relatives and enjoyed the quiet corner so we could talk and share photos and stories. Enter from the back entrance as the front door entrance does not represent this hidden gem.Vegetarian options: Staff are very responsive, flexible and accommodate various diets. The stir fried bitter melon can be made without egg and is delicious either way. All the food was fresh, perfectly prepared and beautifully presented.

The sashimi was good, but the rolls were not.We enjoyed the sushi boat which was a bit pricey, but it eliminated the need to pick individual items off the menu. Even the shredded daikon and the bed of garden greens on the boat were really fresh. There was a tofu appetizer (seemed like the tofu was very lightly fried) that was excellent. The sushi rolls were subpar. Did not enjoy the volcano roll. Panko flakes were stale and hard.Service was average.
