Both food and service were excellent. They add a 20% gratuity.
We heard about this famous shaved ice and needed to try it. It was created by Michelin-starred Chef Yoichi Ishizaki from Tokyo. Our server was very friendly and made sure we got the settled in and happy with our dessert.
I made a reservation specifically to enjoy the fireworks, and I was so excited for the evening. While the hostess was extremely polite despite looking quite flustered, the management experience fell short. The manager (or bar manager—she was wearing a headset) and the gentleman behind the bar came across as notably abrupt.
