“I made a reservation specifically to enjoy the fireworks, and I was so excited for the evening. While the hostess was extremely polite despite looking quite flustered, the management experience fell short. The manager (or bar manager—she was wearing a headset) and the gentleman behind the bar came across as notably abrupt. Having worked in the industry for many years, I completely understand the stress of a busy night, but this felt out of place for an establishment of this caliber—especially being at a Ritz-Carlton.
Onto the food! The drinks were fantastic and the meal itself was delicious, though I was a bit disappointed to find some old, wilted pieces of lettuce in my salad. Otherwise, no complaints!
A special shoutout to our amazing server (a redheaded-woman whose name I unfortunately didn't catch)—she was wonderful. And the view for the fireworks? Absolute perfection. 10/10 for the view and the server!“

“Truly felt transported by this dinning experience. Interesting and delicious mocktails. Perfect music, real candles and a beautifully minimalist atmosphere put the focus where it should be; on the food. Each course was incredible - ingredient quality, technique and plating - it was true culinary artistry. Watching Chef and sous chef cook and plate was so fun and made my mouth water anticipating the flavors. Fantastic service with a friendly and attentive staff. Food portions were spot on! Will absolutely be back. New favorite special occasion restaurant in the islands.“

“We really loved the dishes, especially the foie gras, raviolone, and scallops, but honestly everything we tried at this restaurant was delicious. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the duck Wellington because, as I understood, it had to be requested when booking the table. But we’ll definitely come back to try that dish too 😊“

“Great Food with a European influence of France and Spain. Cozy atmosphere and the Chef ZZ is very talented with many years of experience. It’s a little hidden gem and has elevator parking for your car in the back of the building or you can park in the Walmart lot. I very much recommend this place.“

“Excellent food, had the brie appetizer and catch of the day, blackened monchong. Staff recommend wine to pair with dinner and Taylor-tini were perfect. Chef Nathaniel clearly enjoys creating his dishes which are extremely delicious. Highly recommend!“
