“Food here was great!!!! so many options it was hard to choose one, I got the green onion pancake with provolone and bacon which was delicious. Also have to try the vanilla bean blended it was sooooooo good! Kevin was a great waiter, so nice and attentive!!Parking: Lots of spots“
“Best breakfast spot around! There's a small self seating area with shade and the food is incredible! My scramble was delicious, my vegan husband was able to easily order off the menu, and my mom said it was the best omelet she's ever had!“
“Blondie's is the best vegan restaurant on island in my opinion. It's the most similar to vegan comfort food that can be found in places like Portland and is really unlike any other food available on O'ahu. The atmosphere is lovely and the service is always top notch (Cybil is the absolute sweetest!). The restaurant is run by a mother-daughter duo and my heart is warmed every time I think of this. Even my non-vegan friends and family enjoy the food! Blondie's also happens to make my favorite smoothie of all time—the pipeline paradise. I have something of a smoothie obsession and I literally dream of this smoothie constantly. Highly recommend giving Blondie's a try!“
“First time having brunch in this restaurant and it was beyond delicious! My girls loved the pancakes! And the banana French toast is a must! There’s a waiting list, but trust me it’s well worth it! It’s very family friendly and kid friendly! I love how they are very considerate with kids! We will definitely come back! 2nd time visiting the island and so far the best restaurant we’ve tried ?“
“Came here for lunch on a weekday. It was bustling but efficient.I got the club sandwich and I have to say, pretty damned tasty!! I love a good club sandwich. This had fresh tomatoes, fresh soft avocado, nice meats, and the bacon was perfect with just the right amount of crunch. The bagel it came on was delicious as well. It came with a tiny salad which had very fresh greens.I'd come back here in an instant! The place is kept spotless and service was friendly and professional.“
“This is the cutest local coffee shop I've been to. We went to Ctown on Easter for supplies and stopped by this cute coffee shop for some caffeine. The mr said he sometimes comes here to work while having his coffee. I ordered a cold americano and w oatmilk and it did not disappoint. If I am in the area I will definitely return. I just wished they had one in Manoa. Hint hint. Support local.“
“Good shave ice. Tasty and giant portion for the regular size. The Darth Vader shave ice was very good. Very small shop but very quick service. The ice could maybe be finer texture but it was still very good. Will definitely come back for more!“
“A wonderful place! The cats are very well cared for and loved, the staff is just fantastic. We adopted a lovely older cat named Jolene and she has been a wonderful addition to our ohana. She was a little shy at first, but quickly warmed up and has become very playful and affectionate with us. That speaks to how well-cared-for she was. We would have never found her if not for the people at Popoki and Tea cat cafe.. And local broadcaster KGMB for featuring them. Her adoption fee was $0 because someone had already donated to pay for her adoption, so in turn we paid the adoption fees for another cat that needs a loving home. A few of the cats there are available with no adoption fee so if you're interested and money, is a concern this is a good option.“
“My favorite place to get coffee! Cute little shop with welcoming workers who are very kind and efficient. This shop also has a cute outdoor seating area. Every coffee shop I go to, I always try the iced mocha but nothing compares to bean about town's iced mocha! I don't know what's in it but it's so addicting“
“This place is SO good! We got the Don buri chen, Miso smoked pork omelette, AND the cornflake French toast which we had "meh" hopes for but my goodness order it!?We ate so much yet didn't feel disgustingly full. The food is great and worth the price! Which isn't that crazy compared to other places here on the island.Service was also friendly and attentive.“
“Aussies in Waikikki rejoice! You can get real coffee here! It's the best you'll find locally, thank you to all staff who made us feel welcome today and satisfied our caffeine craving! We found you late in our visit but so glad we did! Your pastries and atmosphere & aesthetic is divine too! Keep up the Awesome stuff , us Aussies send you love ❤️ ?“
“We stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and it had good reviews, so we used it for a family trip.It was crowded so I waited for about 20 minutes before entering. The loco moco in the morning was heavy, but the smoothie and eggs Benedict were very delicious and satisfying.Breakfast at the hotel was expensive and not that delicious, so it was a good idea to eat it outside.“
“This place is a tiny little shack in a parking lot and it really packs a punch. We parked at the Taco Bell and walked to it. The girl working was super nice and told us about what was in the drinks. I got the coconut cloud chai which has some spiciness but more as an after flavor. The coconut cream is super yummy. My husband got a vanilla bean and brown sugar latte and it was great. Defiantly recommend going here.“
“This spot is located near the Walmart. To me, Bahn mi consists of quality fresh ingredients, texture, pickles, right amount of sauce and good baguette.I’ve tried pretty much everything in their menu in the last. This time I tried their vegetarian tofu and mushroom. Personally speaking, I could use a bit more taste in the lemongrass tofu, still tasted good though. The Vietnamese coffee is also very good.“
“Neat little place! It was right by my hotel which is super convenient, the service was super friendly, and the food was delicious. I only had their matcha and taro ice cream, but they have a lot of other options on their menu like tea floats, teas, and even limited time flavors like sakura blossom ice cream. It's also right by a very cozy plaza with string lights overhead and plenty of seating. Definitely recommend it.“
“Passed this place by for months because I didn’t care for the “pro-Jesus” Bible thumping verse on the window outside but decided to overlook that this morning to see if it was as cute inside as it was outside and boy what an experience! Except for the Christian smut this place is a feast for the eyes and cute as HELL! Very cutesy but tastefully Sanrio/Harajuku oriented literally from top to bottom. My wallet was opening up all by itself. But on top of that the young man that took my order, after patiently waiting for me to finish taking pictures and videos was thoughtful, sweet, thorough and friendly. My mocha was spot on and although my orange cranberry scone was more biscuity than sconey there were a ton of other items on my list to try next time around including vegan options. What made this place stand out, though, was KINDNESS! There was an older, barefoot, unkempt man in a hospital gown that came into the store and ordered a coffee to go. He had trouble speaking and trouble walking but the young man took his order, served him and then came out to the door and opened it for him so he could walk out easily. When the same man came in later for a second cup of coffee the young man’s friend, who was also a customer, took note and got up and opened the door for him. THAT’s aloha! Put me to shame - I was kind of scared of that man. But those young people showed compassion and aloha. I love it and I’ll be back!“
“Stop in for the wings very tasty being from Chicago. We know our wings meet the owner she was very pleasant and hospitable will return so next time you're at Long's in Waikiki go around the corner and stop in you won't be disappointed“
“Order = 1 iced Lavender Latte 12 oz + 1 hot Lavender latte 16 oz.So tasty we lacked the time for a photo.Feeling satisfied and energized. Music selection was on point for the vibes.Staff were kind and pleasant to interact with.Loved that are open at 630am.“
“Food wise they really deserve five star, best açaí bowl for me in Honolulu. However customer service first time they deserve a one star, stand there for five minutes, two staff a lady and a guy just talking to each other, no one wants takes the order.. I was shocked. Second time I went back for the food, the guy was super nice. I guess it depends on who’s working, but still, the first time experience was not something I would like to experience.“
“You can enjoy a delicious, piping hot breakfast (so you have to wait about 15 minutes after ordering). The cost performance is also great. The main box and French toast are delicious, but the malasada (fried bread similar to Okinawan donuts) that you can eat for $2 each is also delicious and comes out quickly, so I recommend it.There is no parking lot, but you can park on the street nearby.“
“Such a quaint little breakfast cafe! Had five groups ahead of us on the waitlist but were seated within 10-15 mins. We ordered the Hawaiian omelet and the Belgian waffle - highly recommend! Their lattes were also really good. Will be returning very soon!“
“Food is delightful. Fresh, flavorful, filling. Staff is friendly and helpful. They work hard to serve everyone and keep tables cleaned. Tables outside by the gardens are our favorite and provide a lovely backdrop to enjoy our food and friends. Get there early to get parking and minimize wait time and in case they run out of something. We each got an acai bowl which was small for $12, but delicious and presented in a cute coconut shell bowl. I also got 1 dozen assorted bakery items and multi-grain bread. All worth the calories!“
“Was early for Dr's appointments this morning and went on a search for a coffee place near by and found this little gem!Got the hazelnut latte for Mom,which she absolutely loved, and a yummy caramel macchiato for myself.Amazing customer service, got our drinks quickly and great prices! Will definitely drop by again for another coffee fix next appointment in town.Parking: It is a busy parking lot but we found a spot fairly quickly.“
“After hiking Moana Falls, hubby and I needed some coffee. Saw this spot on Yelp and was rated well and I wanted to see why. We were greeted by a friendly gentleman and he talked to us about how they make their own unsweetened organic almond milk (which is not the norm at coffee spots!). Ordered 2 iced lattes with almond milk (extra charge for that) and a lilikoi bar. Almond milk was nice and creamy in the latte and the coffee itself was strong. Lilikoi bar was pretty tasty. I would recommend coming here to support this local business!“
“My son & I love stopping here while traveling through town. My favorite part is knowing that they adopt cats out every week and they all come from the local Human Society! What a great business plan.Kid-friendliness: The cats are so friendly that my 5 year old can easily bounce around and play for the whole duration.“
“Really great vegan food. We had the half tofu/ half tempeh katsu plate and the peace plate. Both meals were super tasty. It’s been hard to find vegan katsu, so I was excited to tried it and loved it, but it is super rich, so I was glad to have all the veggies in the peace plate to counter it. I especially liked the tempeh and the kale with peanut sauce. Nice service.“
“They excel at everything. They make the best burger I have ever had in my life and make it with precision every time I get it. I don't think they make an item that I don't love. Friends all agree. It's where we go for celebrations. I love their coffee.Vegetarian options: They make all food excellent. However they really do their best with meat and fish.Wheelchair accessibility: They were able to accommodate my wheelchair. It's tight but folks help when asked.“
“Needs more stars ! OMG. If there was a last meal you could plan for this is it . Checked every box. Location , parking, price . But more than that, the setting and ambiance are just fantastic. The food transports you to another level of happiness. If you're hoping for bacon and eggs go to IHOP , this cuisine is high end . Servers were on point, kind and patient. Can't wait to go back .“
“Yes, yes and yes…. Should I eat here, are the people friendly, and is the food delicious are the questions. The ube marscapone French toast is crazy good. Should have found this place sooner to try the rest of the menu. Super friendly staff always made sure the coffee was full.“
“Off the beaten trail of Waikiki Beach, found parking and got a table easily. Our hostess and servers were so friendly to us and our baby. Pancakes were incredible. Recommend the fried riceKid-friendliness: They made turtle shaped pancakes with our baby girl's name written in chocolate sauce!“
“While at port, we stopped by this cute little place for our first cup of coffee of the day. We were greeted with a friendly smile! We ordered 2 cold brews and an ube bread. The flavor of the cold brew was fantastic, with a nice smooth flavor. The ube bread was recommended by the staff, so we gave it a try, it was also really good, highly recommend it! The ambiance of the spot was very mellow and laid back. The little birds were a sweet sight to watch while enjoying or coffee and treat. (The Lego Ukulele in the photo is ours)“
“Being from Pacific NW area, I don't usually drink coffee as many do, but if I do, I order a decaf..ho hum...I asked the barista what her favorite specialty drink on the menu was, and she said the Honey Cinnamon Latte, which I would never have chosen on my own but asked for it with almond milk. It was the BEST coffee I've ever had! My sister had the best Caffè macchiato she's ever had, so we went back each morning for the same with their fresh baked banana bread and the WeedWhacker juice with added apple- Thank you Daisy Cafe staff-Amazing way to start the day!“
“We had just got off the plane and typed in coffee shops in Google and boy did this place wow us. My partner ordered a cold brew which I usually don’t drink but this one was delicious! A naturally sweet, not too acidic cold brew. So good. Max was the barista and he was great - so friendly and easy to talk to. Would definitely come back!“
“I've been coming to Masa's so they opened I believe in the late '60s and I don't think I was ever disappointed- the taste and quality of their food is always great and portions are huge. Parking is a bit difficult but it's worth the hassle.“
“I visited around 9:00 in the morning. At first, the seats were full and there was a long line at the register, but as time passed, the seats became empty.I ordered an Americano and an acai ball. The coffee was flavorful and delicious. The acai bowl is hearty and topped with ice cream and fruit. It's a little expensive for breakfast, but I was satisfied. The clerk was very kind, and when I asked in my poor English if it was possible to make it decaf, she happily replied that of course it could be done.“
“Such a cute spot that can be hard to find when driving by, but I read the reviews on Yelp and had a heads up so it was not bad. Also, there’s on-site limited parking, which I didn’t know about so I ended up parking at the paid parking lot across the street.I ordered the hot matcha latte with oat milk and no sweetener. I wanted to try it without any additives except just milk and it was still good, with only the taste of matcha, but I do recommend adding a sweetener if you’re used to drinking matcha lattes with a little more flavor. The salt and butter bun was served warm and very buttery (as you can see in my photo) and delicious. It complimented my matcha and I’m glad I got it.There is limited outdoor seating and it was very comfortable and relaxing! Def check this place out for your matcha beverage needs!“
“First visit to Fresh Bites Cafe today and my boyfriend and I can't wait to go back and try more things. We were looking for a spot to get some fresh sushi for lunch and found this place. Food is good quality, staff are friendly with quick service, and the location is convenient with free parking at the shopping center. It's a small cafe with limited so best for parties of 4 or less. Next time we plan to try some of the brunch items. :)“
“Want some live music and a chill place to eat and drink? The atmosphere was so Aloha, very relaxing. Our bartender Matt was so polite and really helped to bring the whole experience together. Glad I stopped by ? Will definitely be coming back!“
“This is a hidden gem in an area that's going through gentrification. I visited the Milky Way Hawaii Ice food truck on a recommendation from a local. Both the Azuki Bean snow and the Baba Golden Milk drinks are hands down the best I've ever had. Why can't I get this type of quality and price in my home town of Vancouver? Highly recommended for anyone who can venture out to the food truck's location.“
“Visiting Hawaii from Canada and stumbled on this cutest place ever! The staff was so friendly and welcoming it felt like home. Not only did they think about every little detail in the decor, atmosphere, their food and drinks we had were amazing! I had the green detox smoothie and the açai bowl and absolutely love my order. It was so fresh and top quality ingredients. Wish we had something like this place in Alberta ❤️“
“The prime rib is so yummy! I know I should try some other things but why? For $25, that is a great deal. We called in the order, as recommended by others and it was ready when we got there. I had to be the one to get it since I was not driving. Ray's Cafe is on the corner of North King and Kopke St. Kopke St. is one-way makai, just an fyi. And the place is just an unassuming space with nothing special about it. You walk in and there's a bunch of tables and they will greet you promptly. I have to say I was a bit overwhelmed. While they put my salad together, a gentleman let me sit at his table. When we got home, I was surprised to also see mac salad. Which is what the bf wanted instead of the toss salad I got. Winners! Would I return? You betcha. But I'll prolly do the same thing and make sure that there's a driver and a picker-upper after we call in the order. Oh, one of the specials when I went was prime rib AND crab for $60. There was a guy in the corner grinding away on the crab. Nice!“
“Definitely try their signature drinks! The Nero Aroma is blackberry coco mocha, which was delicious - who knew you could mix blackberry and coffee? We also tried the raspberry white coco mocha, but found the flavor was a lot more muted. So if you want something more low-key, the Aroma Amore might be a better option! The Coco Choco is coconut chocolate mocha was also delicious iced“
“I love Insomia! My favorite dish is beef Pho for breakfast. Did not know this hidden Vietnamese place right at Kakaako! The owners (husband and wife) are awesome and entertaining. It is cute small coffee shop. Everything is so clean and nice. Convenient parking at the garage in the same building. The owner gives a parking validation valid for one hour. I've already recommended some friends who went there and love Isomia, too!“
“I stopped in for a quick bite for breakfast. There isn’t much seating so I suggest you plan for takeout and find somewhere near by to sit down to eat. I ordered the Waikiki Açaí Bowl and the Waikiki latte. The latte was more milk than coffee but it was still good. Açaí bowl was pretty big in size (two people could split it for a light breakfast) and had tons of fresh fruit. They are a little on the pricey side but you definitely get what you pay for.“
“My go to coffee shop when I'm visiting family in Kaka'ako!! I usually get their roasted hojicha or matcha lattes and a few of their scones. Service is quick and easy and they even remembered me, which is awesome because they definitely are too busy to remember people who visit the shop. But they do! Ambiance is upbeat and modern edgy with a few tables indoor and three tables outside. They have discounts on pastries on Tuesday!!“
“I spent 10 days in Hawaii and had 2 coffees a day each at different locations this was by far the best coffee I had during my stay. The atmosphere is very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The breakfast sandwich I got was all around perfect and made with love. 10/10 recommend“
“Didn't miss this little gem in the heart of Waikiki Beach! They have a great selection of coffees, drinks, sandwiches, gluten-free crepes, and other deliciousness. The crepes are absolutely amazing (mochi, made with rice flour)! And the surf shop is super cute. Grab a bite to eat and sit at the little tables with the breeze blowing in and watch the tourists walk by. Staff is kind and helpful. Great vibe. Highly recommend!Oh, and they validate parking in the Sheraton.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crepes!“
“It was my first time coming to this place because I’ve heard from word of mouth that they sell kimbap, I’ve ordered their Kim chee cheese and beef kimbap and I’ve never tasted anything this amazing before. It’s hand made, made to order, and just delicately delicious for a great price too! I will be coming back “
“Had a, beyond, wonderful experience here with The Kanikapila Project and guests. Ukuleles being played by some of the best Ukulele musicians there are. Great food, great atmosphere, great food, and raised money for the Kapi’olani Women’s and Children’s Hospital. Who could ask for more? The Gods even blessed us at the end, with some light rain.“
“Stopped by Sweet E’s Café this morning and had a fantastic experience! I ordered the omelet, and my friend tried the French toast—both were amazing, made with top-notch ingredients. The café itself has a great ambiance, cozy and welcoming. The staff was on point, too: attentive, friendly, and quick to keep our coffee cups full. Definitely left feeling satisfied and eager to return. Highly recommend giving it a try!“
