“Aussies in Waikikki rejoice! You can get real coffee here! It's the best you'll find locally, thank you to all staff who made us feel welcome today and satisfied our caffeine craving! We found you late in our visit but so glad we did! Your pastries and atmosphere & aesthetic is divine too! Keep up the Awesome stuff , us Aussies send you love ❤️ ?“
“Guava Smoked has such an interesting story behind it. The owners would hike around on the island and harvest the invasive strawberry guava wood that's on the island and use it to smoke their meats. The result is flavorful, sweet smelling meat and it is seasoned to perfection. We ordered the kalbi, spicy pork, and butterfish collar as well as a side of pipikaula (family recipe). All of them were lip smacking good and has a nice chew. I would recommend the spicy pork and butterfish collar for everyone to try.We ordered the plate and was able to swap out the rice for homemade kimchee, salad and a mac salad.Smoked meats all the way!Parking: Parking is a recessed lot from the street, it's around in the back“
“What a wonderful find. Yummy samples and helpful and friendly staff. The baked goods are delicious whether you're gluten free or not. They have both sweet and savory choices. You need to go here. They saved 2 turkey sandwiches for us to pick up on our way to the airport. We'll be back!“
“It's a bakery, and I went there twice to eat Loco Moco. A large hamburger steak is served and topped with plenty of gravy. It would be nice to have some kimchi or pickles since I get a bit bitten when I eat it. ? Aperitif bread is also provided, and it is really crispy, moist and has a steamy taste.“
“Blondie's is the best vegan restaurant on island in my opinion. It's the most similar to vegan comfort food that can be found in places like Portland and is really unlike any other food available on O'ahu. The atmosphere is lovely and the service is always top notch (Cybil is the absolute sweetest!). The restaurant is run by a mother-daughter duo and my heart is warmed every time I think of this. Even my non-vegan friends and family enjoy the food! Blondie's also happens to make my favorite smoothie of all time—the pipeline paradise. I have something of a smoothie obsession and I literally dream of this smoothie constantly. Highly recommend giving Blondie's a try!“
“Was here last year and found it disappointing.BUT. TRIED AGAIN TODAY AND WOW!!;food was amazing from ribs to parmesan bread to shrimp ravioli yummmmIf I had to pick anything souflee took to long even though I ordered at the startm but it is worth the wait ..l“
“This place is definitely top 3 in the area. The ice is super fine and softer than some overrated places. You can see the pride all around the store. Even with the condensed milk and ice cream, it was not too sweet. It's a little fancier for shaved ice, but everything went well together. The serving size is pretty good and addicting, so if you have a sweet tooth, you may want one just for yourself. There is usually a line out the door, but if you're lucky and come close to opening, you could be one of the first! They also have some cool merch to buy and bring home to remember them by! I definitely did! 10/1, will definitely come back!“
“Once we found this Bakery gem, we could not stay away. We ordered 4 coconut macaroons each of our 3 trips there. Another favorite of ours was their delicious Lilikoi bars. Do not shy away from the cupcakes either, the mocha chocolate and double chocolate were moist and awesome. Friendly staff and no lines. Will not disappoint“
“Food is delightful. Fresh, flavorful, filling. Staff is friendly and helpful. They work hard to serve everyone and keep tables cleaned. Tables outside by the gardens are our favorite and provide a lovely backdrop to enjoy our food and friends. Get there early to get parking and minimize wait time and in case they run out of something. We each got an acai bowl which was small for $12, but delicious and presented in a cute coconut shell bowl. I also got 1 dozen assorted bakery items and multi-grain bread. All worth the calories!“
“WOW, WOW, WOW, this was awesome. I actually enjoyed this better than the old school spots in Japan (I grew up there) as the flavours were so unique, the mochi so light, and not remotely too sweet. It's totally worth the cab ride from Waikiki. The products have a short shelf life as they're not full of preservatives, but I guess that's why they're so delicious and magical. Even my hubby, who is generally not a fan of this type of sweets was raving about it. We had the jumbo strawberry (better than anything I've had in Japan), the mixed berry (wowza), the chocolate matcha mochi cake (not too sweet, fluffier and lighter than other mochi cakes), and the yuzu flavour (delicious). We were in the neighborhood for an early dinner seating elsewhere and dropped by around 4pm, not realizing that they closed at 3pm! But they ran out and welcomed us in and graciously gave us some samples and even gave us an ice pack for our purchases. Honestly, they've kinda ruined wagashi for me because I can't imagine anybody beating this, lol.“
“My family stayed at the Hawaiian Hilton for a weekend, we walked by this shop a few times, the line was always long. On our last day, there was no line so we decided to grab coffee. As we walked in, the staff seemed busy making coffee for other customers. There were no greetings as we waited. We eventually ordered, chai latte, expresso, and the kids wanted to try the chocolate chip cookies. We received the chai latte and expresso, then waited and waited but no cookie. I finally went back to the counter after 10 minutes and asked for the cookie. The shop got busy so most likely they forgot about the cookie. Nonetheless, we drank the latte and expresso, both were good. My husband liked his expresso, he said it was better than Starbucks. I enjoyed my latte but I will stick with Starbucks. The cookie was amazing though, we decided to get more, plus the rainbow sugar cookie. All were delicious.“
“Very unassuming front of store but OMG what a great spot for snacks, bakery delights, and what look to be very delicious full-size cakes! Can recommend the lemon bar with zero hesitation and the lilikoi cheesecake is also equally delicious ? can’t wait to come try more treats!“
“We had just got off the plane and typed in coffee shops in Google and boy did this place wow us. My partner ordered a cold brew which I usually don’t drink but this one was delicious! A naturally sweet, not too acidic cold brew. So good. Max was the barista and he was great - so friendly and easy to talk to. Would definitely come back!“
“Really good food at a reasonable price with a beautiful sunset view. Live music every night as well. Good vibes for sure. Definitely recommended for anyone visiting Waikiki area. Good if you have Vegans in your group as well as they have a dedicated list of vegan items.“
“Have eaten twice this week at CB in Paradise, the food is awesome. I know it is a burger restaurant but when you go there you have to try the coconut shrimp - so delicious! Both times we were served by Monica. She is so friendly and efficient and great with suggestions! A great place to eat especially if you get Monica as your server !“
“My go to coffee shop when I'm visiting family in Kaka'ako!! I usually get their roasted hojicha or matcha lattes and a few of their scones. Service is quick and easy and they even remembered me, which is awesome because they definitely are too busy to remember people who visit the shop. But they do! Ambiance is upbeat and modern edgy with a few tables indoor and three tables outside. They have discounts on pastries on Tuesday!!“
“We stopped here around lunch time as we were in the area. We ordered an acai bowl, a smoothie, and a crepe.Everything was excellent and a step above other places we've been. The acai bowl was fancy in a good way with high quality honey, a nice display, and fresh ingredients. The crepe we got was delicious with the crepe texture having a very nice chewy texture that matched well with the cheese inside. Our daughter loved her smoothie too!The place seems very clean and the staff was friendly.“
“Super crowded in the morning, the line wraps around the building. When we arrived it was past the bathrooms.Overall, the pastries selection is pretty good. We got the Apple Mac bread puddling, there were half Mac nuts inside which added a nice crunch. In terms of drinks we got stuff on their seasons / special menu. I got the ginger latte and my hubby got their take on the Vietnamese coffee with coconut condensed milk! Coffees were good and I loved the strong ginger flavor in my latte! They for a good set up and few tables under cover and out in the sun with umbrellas. If you don't want to wait in the line you can order online (until a certain time I believe). Dog friendly outside, saw some cute pups here!Overall a good coffee stop, but we waited over 30 mins to get to the front so be prepared to wait for your coffee!“
“I don't know if the chef is Indian or not, but their savory dahi toast is a great twist on the original version. Dahi tadka in the middle topped with crispy been leaves. Amber at the window has great interpersonal skills. I wish this place existed in Seattle where I came from.“
“I used it for breakfast. The inside of the store is spacious and there are plenty of seats, so I was able to sit down without having to wait.It seems that there are many cafe menus and food menus available. There was also a wide variety of drinks.I was given a seat on the outside with a great view, so I was able to enjoy the tropical atmosphere outside. The waffles were very delicious and the staff were very nice.“
“Stephanie was an amazing server. We arrived early although we already had a reservation, they were happy to seat us. Ended up tucked in a corner which was nice given the occasion. We ordered the house gyoza (delicious, very flavor ful), caprese salad (always my fav) and the spring rolls (a little bland) to start. I chose the Pad Thai med spicy with chicken. I loved it, great portion size. He chose the Japanese curry with Karagae chicken. Couldn't end the night without dessert, our server recommended a seasonal special chocolate banana brulee cake. Couldn't get enough even with everything we had. Already made plans to return for more! Mahalo Panya for making our first a many for the books!“
“We have been here many times. The food is French Asian fusion and excellent. The pre fixe dinners are the most economical choice that gets you choice of appetizers, entrepreneurs and one of their amazing desserts. There are probably 20 different patisserie options. All displayed beautifully in the shop. The chocolate pyramid is their signature dessert.“
“When a group of people go out to have a drink at a bar, the rum fire comes. It's in the Sheraton, so it's easy to find as a meeting place. You can also bring your children. Some of the tequilas are of a very high quality, so you can go all out or have a cocktail.“
“Great little coffee and breakfast shop overlooking the water - your choice of indoor or outdoor seating. Umbrellas at tables for outdoor shading from the sun. Staff are very welcoming and interested in your satisfaction. The lattes were great, as was the food. There is also apparel for purchase. I plan to be back before my trip is over, mahalo!“
“We are usually so grateful for the quality of their service and food, but this time was a disappointment. I remarked that it was my aunts birthday (a leap year birthday), but the waiter didn't ask nor mention. The waiter took a long time to bring anything we asked for such as coffee or water. We are local people who visit the Plumeria very often. It was a disappointing experience. Hope it's only this time“
“I had a great experience here! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. It is located in an office building complex but has a courtyard for seating and small number of tables inside. Parking was difficult to navigate but found a public lot. The almond croissant is really good!! It has an almond spread in the middle that is superb. The smoothies are good, breakfast sandwich was good, and coffee was good!“
“Great service, good music we always come and eat the food. But I’ve missed the guava vitamin soda!!!!! There’s many other flavors.Dietary restrictions: Very healthy food. What I love the most is all coffee and drinks are not filled with sugar!!Kid-friendliness: I brought my 2 month and it’s a good environment for baby.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a walkway for wheel-chair, leads you straight to the door. Also for stroller etc.“
“The BBQ Pork Plate was absolutely terrific! Much obliged to Chef T and the rest of the crew here! It's an awesome place to get some chow, whether if you're really hungry or if it is a snack. The folks here always do a fantastic job preparing and creating the delightful dishes here! Keep the awesome work folks! From Brient :-) !“
“Idk what they’re putting in their açaí (according to the menu, it’s açaí/strawberries/blueberries/banana) but it’s deeeelicious. Smooth texture and great taste. The granola is crunchy and addicting! The addition of bee pollen is great. There isn’t wifi, so not a good working space, but there are some tables outside to enjoy the sun.Parking: Parking is $2.50/hr“
“Such a cute coffee shop.Their Hawaiian latte is amazingly delicious and I miss it already.Got a bag of coffee for a gift, just make sure you understand how much you’re paying for the bag before you check out, some of the prices are nuts but understandable.“
“Upscale resort fare. You pay for the scenery and location. Service was good. It's way overpriced but the food was good just don't expect Michelin or fine dining - you're here for the ambience. If you have that mindset then definitely 4 stars. If food needs to be an important consideration then 3 stars.Parking: I think it's 6$ per 20 mins“
“Absolutely recommend Orchids at Halekulani! This is an incredible brunch experience overlooking the ocean. Tony, Benjamin, and the entire staff that waited on us were amazing -- they truly made the experience! We had a special request, and they listened and made it happen perfectly. The food was exceptional. Compliments to the Chef and staff!“
