Excellent restaurant in the Hilton. Great breakfast and great service! The gluten free mochi pancakes are amazing! They are made on the same griddle, so not a good option if you're sensitive to cross contamination. But, wow! And a fun selection of island drinks. Highly recommend.Park at the hotel valet, which is only $3 for 3 hours with the restaurant validation.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options
A nice place located in the Hilton if you’re looking to satisfy that diner type experience. The pancakes seemed to be the thing to get, ordered a stack. They were really good but be warned: they are huge. The pictures do not come close to depicting how big they actually are. Plus it’s an extra $5 for toppings. The fish tacos were actually outstanding and super tasty. Our waitress was awesome and so attentive. Overall a good experience but a bit overpriced.

I got the classic short cake with strawberries and creme. Absolutely no pancake will ever be able to compare to how amazing this was. It was perfectly cooked, fluffy, warm...everything you can imagine and hope for in a pancake. However, the real pleasure of the night was our waitress Sandra. She was absolutely amazing and very attentive.
