I decided to try the Breadshop today after seeing a line outside their window several times as I drove by. Everything is easily pre-ordered and is ready for pickup at designated times. I just picked up my order and noticed this item was still warm, everything but the lox bagel. Oh my goodness. I got the last one and wish I had another. It was smoky, dill, capers, onions, cream cheese were on point, but those roasted vegetables on top, lightly pickled, complex, may I please have another. I don't know if the chef is Indian or not, but their savory dahi toast is a great twist on the original version. Dahi tadka in the middle topped with crispy been leaves. Amber at the window has great interpersonal skills. I wish this place existed in Seattle where I came from.
