had a late lunch today and thoroughly enjoyed everything. it was during their Happy Hour (not crowded at all) for the first time I tried their mushroom pizza - delish
from the entrance, the hostess who was very nice to our server who was very attentive

California Pizza Kitchen is conveniently located near one of the entrances of the Kahala Mall, with free shared parking. The restaurant is frequented by locals and has a wonderful atmosphere for family dinner with great kids menu choices. The overall experience is great, with food coming quickly and staff paying attention to needs without being pushy. The pizza (cauliflower crust) was tasty, the Thai pizza was delicious, and the spinach dip appetizer was crazy good. The BBQ chopped chicken salad comes with complimentary bread and olive oil with balsamic vinegar. Service can be hit and miss, but the food is consistent. The environment is clean and air-conditioned with convenient restrooms. It is walk-in only with no reservations.
