She didn't give us anything after a very long time. We sat down way before everyone else and yet they ate before us.

Thank you Zachary, he was very attentive, my iced tea was NEVER empty. He refilled my tea when it was half empty. I loved that. Was going to try the miso shrimp. But at the last moment, someone walked by with the Kung pao Spaghetti and the aroma got me... changed order . Kung Pao it is. Maybe next time miso shrimp.

I normally have no problem here but when a server "Mark" argues with us claiming the Thai Crunch Salad does not have peanuts and claimed I never added on avocado to your salad when we did. Yes, he found my avocado on the order later, no apology. Still insist there is no peanuts in Thai Crunch, even the photo shows peanuts. We watch all 3 servers walk in slow motion and get easily distracted and totally forgot u asked for the avocado. Btw, it was also the wrong dressing but we let it go. We had a clear view of our order on the counter for over 15mins. The Mgr opened our promotional ticket and stated we won 10% off. The tab came, there was no 10% off and waiter didn't know how to correct it. He also did not give me points credit for our $66 meal. Unfortunately, I am treating my friends there tomorrow, my 3rd visit there in a week. Hope tomorrow we will have better day. Just received your reply. Seriously, I gave all the above detail and u as a business manager want me to forward it for u? Repeating the above all over again? SMH

Terrible! I ordered a take out and my Thai crunch salad was a joke... or maybe now I know what is the crunch in it. They put all the hard cabbage pieces and that was crunchy. Also I asked for bread and oil. There was just a drop of oil in the container. It's a big no for me.

Just had dinner at CPK Kahala. Was my first time eating out in years. I was sorely disappointed and won't be returning. I split a pizza and a Caesar's salad. The Caesar's salad was the worst. Wilted discolored greens and I asked for a side of chicken...burnt and dry:( Not cheap and not worth the expense.

I ordered the West Coast Burger off of a dilapidated menu in sore need of replacement. Our server didn't ask me how I wanted it cooked and I forgot to ask and he went away, so I presumed that I'd get a medium well as is customary. What I got was dripping blood into the bun like a medium rare on the rarer side, which is rarely served by default. I pointed that out to the server and he apologized. The manager came out and apologized as well. In the end they made it right all around: remade the burger to a medium well, waived the cost of the burger, and threw in a dessert. The burger and fries were good. The great customer service saved CPK from an award of two stars. Well done.

Went to dinner after work, at 8:00, which is my BEDTIME, and there was a 45 minute wait... clearly people are monsters in Kahala! Anyways, of course we waited, it's where we planned on going. They take your number and you get a text when your table is ready, which is so much better than the buzzy things that are probably covered with gross germs. This was last night because I was not staying up any later to Yelp... I had some investigative work to do and I had a client early this morning who needed his back shaved. Our server was Nahoa, handsome young man, and he was at our table in a jiffy. He got us a round of waters, so he's obviously seasoned. I ordered this fancy drink because today is my birthday and I decided to be bougie plus, it's cool that they have mocktails because if I relapse after 12 years, we all going to jail tonight... The drink was really good. If I were CPK, I'd put fountain soda water in it and not Perrier because NO ONE'S gonna know! See, criminal. We got the spinach dip, which was bomb as usual, I got the dumplings appetizer for my meal, bf got tequila chicken or something, and friend got 2 chicken alfredos. She didn't order two, but halfway through her first, a second came out, brought by the manager with an apology. She said the server, Nahoa, had them remake it because he didn't like how dark the first one looked and thought the garlic may be over done. That's a superstar. He didn't even know that 2 of the 3 people are restaurant industry people and he NAILED it. Above and beyond. Overheard that it is my birthday today, brought a dessert with a candle. It was just perfect! Best service I've had in a long time, and to come from a chain restaurant... mind blown!

Stopped by for a spur-of-the-moment dinner. Hostess estimated a 20 minute wait but we only waited five! We haven't been to the restaurant in a while so I was pleasantly surprised that they are now using texts to confirm your place on the waitlist and to let you know when your table is ready. This is awesome for the Kahala location as there's a lot of window shopping you can do while you wait. I was always worried about wandering too far with the other buzzer. Once we were seated, we were greeted immediately but also given time to review the menus. There are a lot of healthy and vegetarian options. My husband and shared a half a California Cob salad (I love the CPK signature half portion salad option!), buffalo cauliflower and Mexican corn (one of our all-time favorites). My husband had a classic Mule and I had a strawberry lemonade (Complimentary refills!) I live the atmosphere at CPK. It's one of few restaurants where all generations can enjoy the food and the ambiance.

Stop by this place for a quick bite to eat. The bahnmi salad was really good. The hamburger was raw. We had to send it back. The manager came out and apologized. Hamburger came out again and was cooked perfectly. The server and manager were so apologetic that they did not charge us for the hamburger and also offered a free dessert. Service-wise, this place is a 5 star. They just need to improve on their food.

Ok, those gave less than 4 stars... rethink it... First of all, we LOVE CPK. One because it's in our hood (Kahala, Kaimuki, Waikahala. Second, they are consistent with food and service even when they are slammed with peeps at the same time. Third, our 25 minute wait last night was really 3 min. Fourth, price point and accommodation is ALWAYS great! Fifth, it's clean, bright and roomie if it wasn't it wouldn't be packed during the weekend especially Friday night. Love you CPK...

I can honestly say that David helped to restore our confidence in choosing to dine at CPK (Kahala Mall). Our last couple of experiences at the Ala Moana location were so disappointing, it set us out to look for other dining options. Last night, it was close to 9 pm which left us with a limited number of options to choose from. Our daughter suggested CPK. My only thought was "is there another choice? Anything else, please." The compromise was to go to the Kahala location and stay away from Ala Moana. The parking lot was busy so my hubby dropped me off first so we could put our name on the waitlist for a table of four. The hostess was friendly and sat us within just 10 minutes. Our server, David, was great. The restaurant was busy but he greeted us and said that he would be right back. Throughout his service delivery, I would say his timing was perfect. He did not hover over our table, but always checked on us for our satisfaction. The only shortcoming for this visit was the over salting of the Bolognese sauce. It was a bit too salty for our palate. The food was all served nice and hot (the zucchini shrimp pasta, Mexican Street corn, artichoke dip, Bolognese pasta) and we enjoyed it very much. David was attentive without hovering and he anticipated our needs. We did not feel rushed and felt the sincerity in his desire to provide us with great service. We all agreed that we believe that the significant difference in the qualify service is the fact that the primary guest population is local at Kahala Mall vs. visitors at Ala Moana. I must give our daughter a high five for her suggestion last night and to David for his service. Otherwise, my hubby and I had already decided to never dine at any CPK moving forward. After this experience, we will be back to this location.

Easily one of the dumbest establishments I've ever been in, led by actually retards. I know someone quite close to me who used to work there, who is also a mother. They would question why they would not come in when this person could not find a sitter for their one year old daughter. Also the food does not come out warm, the servers are not attentive enough. The lack of menu knowledge was a disgrace, it has to do with the shitty ass management. I highly suggest no one supports an establishment such as CPK.

Come here a lot, but just had one of the worst experiences here tonight. Ordered an appetizer and never showed up. My food portion was horrible and another entre was undercooked and raw. To top it off, we were still charged for the appetizer we never received. Also ordered a pizza cooked to go when we first ordered. Seems like it was placed with our regular food and was cold, like sitting on the counter the entire time we ate.

We frequent this location a lot. My kids love to eat here when they come back from school in the mainland. It's usually pretty consistent quality. Wait time was average, about 20 minutes. Seated quickly and order taken in a timely fashion. Ordered the spinach artichoke and drinks. Soft drinks came quickly but our beer, spiked cucumber and dip took a while. Finally got our drinks but no show on the app. Our food came and still no app. Told the waitress and she said they would take it off the bill. On to the main dishes, we ventured from our usual and for the picatta and salmon. I've had the picatta before and was always ok, but looks like they gave the 2 smallest pieces available with a kids portion on noodles. The salmon was also under cooked and raw in the middle. Waitress never really checked up on us nor asked if we needed more drinks. May have been an off night, but I don't know if we would come back to this location. We got the bill and they still charged me for the spinach artichoke dip and didn't even apply a reward I had pending. Had to ask the waitress to adjust the bill and to apply the reward. We also ordered an additional cooked pizza to go. It was cold like it was sitting on the counter the whole time we ate.
