“We tried the matcha vanilla swirl and the ube, and both were absolutely delicious. The ice cream was creamy, flavorful, and the swirl itself was beautiful. It is definitely the kind of dessert that is as fun to look at as it is to eat.

After trying the ice cream, I am now curious to come back and try their regular matcha drinks as well. If their matcha flavor in the ice cream is any indication, I have high hopes.

One small note: be careful with the spoons! They were surprisingly sharp, so eat carefully or consider getting a cone instead.“

“The staff at Cafe Kaila are so warm and welcoming. They also have best breakfast whether you choose to eat an eggs Benedict or a banana bread French toast. Always fresh fruit there so pile it on everyone and just enjoy 😉“

“Toe Beans and Dreams is an amazing experience and concept. Fantastic attentive staff with a compassionate and inclusive community who are passionate about the wellbeing of the cats and finding them their forever homes. Best cold brew coffees and baked goods too! 💞“

“We had the 4 course meal and overall it was okay. We ordered khao soi separately and I was quite disappointed. The flavor is not authentic. The menu was diverse (Thai, Lao, French, etc.) but it’s really hard to nail so many cuisines. The price, portion size, and selection are great for a 4 course meal.“

The barista was kind and friendly, there were multiple milk alternatives, and the atmosphere was inviting for those looking to do work. Would go back! It is in a shopping street vs. on the main road, so I would recommend for those already in town. There were lots of cute shops and cafes on the same shopping street as well!“

My friend said the fried chicken, was the best she had ever eaten. Next time, the Nutella pancakes, with banana, or should I get the tres leches, strawberry beignets….They are open 7-3 every day. “Tiny but mighty for sure!! You know it's amazing when the menu covers the wall!! Local specialties like the Loco Moco and Mac nut waffle are a must try!! The portions are huge! Definitely shareable. Upgrade your dish with their fried rice!! The malasada pancakes were quite popular, but i chose the waffle instead. There is a line and place is a hole in the wall type of restaurant, but it does go fast. The girls are excellent waitresses and they are constantly keeping the place clean which is a huge plus for me! They have nice music too. Parking is a bit hit and miss since there are other businesses in the same center, but you'll find something. They do not have a restroom. There is a shared one in the building though.“
