“Quick note for all! Don't fully rely on Star Alliance website or other sources and make the mistake of expecting the lounge to be open when you arrive. Opens 8:30am and closes 12:55pm, at least around March 2026 when I transited here.

Can't rate this place 5 stars since I only found out about the operating hours after I've arrived...“

“This has been our go to brunch spot for the last several years. The food is amazing - the Oscar Benedict (crab/corned beef) is one of our favorites! The coffee w/cookies and especially having the milk/cream warmed is the perfect way to start the day. The peaceful atmosphere with its view of the blue ocean and Fort DeRussy park makes this a truly special place. Most of all, the staff is amazing… Summer, Feliciana, Chris, everyone! They have truly imbued the spirit of Aloha.“

“I go here to have a beer right before, or after class to hang out with friends because how close it is to HCC, the bartender always ask you if you want a snack with your drink free of charge, and the food is great, alot of good times in this bar.“

“Really enjoyed this place.
The rooftop atmosphere is great and the food was better than expected. Lots of unique dishes and everything we tried was good.
Drinks were solid too, especially the Iichiko BLU cocktail.
Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome.

“Located on the 2nd floor of Waikiki Shopping Plaza. I went there at the end of September 2024, and it was empty and quiet. Drinks include sweet latte, mocha, and tea. The restroom was outside the store. You can apply for tours etc. There were 3-4 operators at the counter. I was curious about the $40 bill for a taxi from my hotel in Waikiki to the airport, but I had already booked it elsewhere, so I didn't use it. Although it was smaller than Rakuten Lounge, it was a good place to take a break.“

“Had a nice atmosphere and ran into a friend who happened to be the pool table holder upon my friend and I arriving. And we were fortunate to be able to play numerous racks even though there were over 2 dozen people enjoying the reggae music and socializing with eachother. And since playing pool was the mission. We nailed the mission in short order!“

“This is now one of my favorite lounges for American Airlines. Very clean, friendly staff who want to be helpful and the local food they offer is delicious! Wi-Fi is solid, it's bright and a good spot to chill before a long flight back to the mainland.“

“Me and my daughter visit here in November we went the waitress. They call her. Hennessy and Roland were so nice. The hookah was good. Good environment. I recommend if you’re ever in Hawaii this is the hookah lounge to visit. good vibes and you can also bring one bottle. I think there are trying to get their liquor license. They don’t have food right now, but you can definitely order food. Trust you will enjoy.“

When you visit for the first time, you will receive wet tissues that you will need in Hawaii.

The same facility is also available at Ala Moana Center, but the differences are as follows.

“Excellent food, had the brie appetizer and catch of the day, blackened monchong. Staff recommend wine to pair with dinner and Taylor-tini were perfect. Chef Nathaniel clearly enjoys creating his dishes which are extremely delicious. Highly recommend!“
