“Such a cool experience! Drinks were delicious and beautifully presented. Bartenders were very attentive, kind, and professional in their craft. Truly was art! The ambiance was very sexy and moody, it's a cool date night vibe. Overall great experience and would love to go back! Just wish they had a little more food/snack options.“

“I made a reservation specifically to enjoy the fireworks, and I was so excited for the evening. While the hostess was extremely polite despite looking quite flustered, the management experience fell short. The manager (or bar manager—she was wearing a headset) and the gentleman behind the bar came across as notably abrupt. Having worked in the industry for many years, I completely understand the stress of a busy night, but this felt out of place for an establishment of this caliber—especially being at a Ritz-Carlton.

Onto the food! The drinks were fantastic and the meal itself was delicious, though I was a bit disappointed to find some old, wilted pieces of lettuce in my salad. Otherwise, no complaints!

A special shoutout to our amazing server (a redheaded-woman whose name I unfortunately didn't catch)—she was wonderful. And the view for the fireworks? Absolute perfection. 10/10 for the view and the server!“

“My first time dining here in Waikiki, and we had such a wonderful experience! Rose and Steven were so sweet, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The customer service was truly amazing, and they made us feel so special. It was also my friend’s birthday, and they went the extra mile by bringing out a cake to celebrate! Such a thoughtful gesture that made the experience even more memorable.

“Waited here for our flight back to Narita. It was a very nice and spacious lounge with a good amount of food. There was Kalua Pig, Curry, Udon, SPAM Musubi, Acai Bowls, Draft Beer and so much more!

The restrooms were clean with Toto-san toilets and there's a small area for children to play in as well.

My favorite feature was the fact that you can board directly onto the Flying Honu (A380) from the lounge.“

“Amazing drinks, we go back for the pho highball and pretty much any of their cocktails. The bartenders are super friendly and helpful about questions with the menu or substitutions. The drinks are beautiful, have fun garnishes, and super creative!“

“I go here to have a beer right before, or after class to hang out with friends because how close it is to HCC, the bartender always ask you if you want a snack with your drink free of charge, and the food is great, alot of good times in this bar.“

“Excellent food, had the brie appetizer and catch of the day, blackened monchong. Staff recommend wine to pair with dinner and Taylor-tini were perfect. Chef Nathaniel clearly enjoys creating his dishes which are extremely delicious. Highly recommend!“

“Located on the 2nd floor of Waikiki Shopping Plaza. I went there at the end of September 2024, and it was empty and quiet. Drinks include sweet latte, mocha, and tea. The restroom was outside the store. You can apply for tours etc. There were 3-4 operators at the counter. I was curious about the $40 bill for a taxi from my hotel in Waikiki to the airport, but I had already booked it elsewhere, so I didn't use it. Although it was smaller than Rakuten Lounge, it was a good place to take a break.“

“I did not leave a star value for food as I have never eaten there. I go to patronize the elixirs and potions that they serve during appropriate drinking hours, and to listen to the great talent and music that they offer. Some of my favorite local talent come to play at this establishment, so you best believe when I can i show up to show support. @kineticsounds_ is the group of talented promoters and djs. Find them on instagram and even you can slay the decks @dragon_upstairs. The venue is very cozy, smaller dance floors and bar, yet to dance and hit the bathroom then back to dance u dont gotta go far. 😅🤭😜“

“Me and my daughter visit here in November we went the waitress. They call her. Hennessy and Roland were so nice. The hookah was good. Good environment. I recommend if you’re ever in Hawaii this is the hookah lounge to visit. good vibes and you can also bring one bottle. I think there are trying to get their liquor license. They don’t have food right now, but you can definitely order food. Trust you will enjoy.“

“Had a nice atmosphere and ran into a friend who happened to be the pool table holder upon my friend and I arriving. And we were fortunate to be able to play numerous racks even though there were over 2 dozen people enjoying the reggae music and socializing with eachother. And since playing pool was the mission. We nailed the mission in short order!“

“I know people that are rakuten members and was fortunate to visit this location twice. Last year and most recently, last week (May 2026). It looks pretty much the same.
The space is clean, spacious and open. You first check in, immediately to the left are the coffee & tea machines, water, and Hawaiian Sun drinks. To the right is the children's play area. Further left are the private rooms, massage chairs and restrooms.

The rest of the space are comfortable chairs and tables to sit and relax in. They also have free wifi for members. Its a very good place to visit if you need to take a breather from the hot sun and humid weather. If I was a visitor and had rakuten membership I would definitely take advantage of it.

Service was nice and helpful. Just like Japan, its on point and customer oriented. No complaints.

No food was served or provided that I recall. So I cannot comment on it.“

“I had a wonderful experience at the Sakura Lounge at HNL. The space is kept immaculately clean and offers a very quiet, relaxing atmosphere... What really sets this lounge apart is the customer service—the staff are absolutely amazing, friendly, and attentive. The food choices are very good (you have to try the hot curry rice and ramen noodle bowls), and they offer an excellent selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Highly recommend!!!“

“Booked a stay for 6 days. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing experience, this is not the place. The hotel is crowded, checking may take 45 minutes to an hour. As a Diamond member, I was the second in the precheck line, this start at 12:15 PM. Once pre checked my luggage was in the storage and I was free to do whatever I want until they call me when the room was available. Waikiki is full of restaurants within walking distance for every budget. During my stay I have found 2 negative points. In my last day, my door was knocked at 8 AM, housekeeping was asking me at what time I was leaving.... We returned to the hotel very late the night before and I requested a late checkout that was conceded for 1 PM (my flight leave at 10 PM). Once checked out, I store my luggage in a Departure Luggage Storage which was very convenient in my case, I was able to go to the Bishop Museum and had lunch at Helena's (recommended). However the area around the store smell like a trash bin with rotten food, this is unacceptable for a Hilton. Return? Maybe.“

“Stopped by LBLE bar twice on our NYE trip to Waikiki.

The 1st time, we stopped by for a drink, waiting for our room. We were able to catch the Saturday afternoon football game on the huge TV, grab HH drinks and some lau lau nachos.

The 2nd visit, we went to watch the week 18 49ers vs Seahawks game, we ordered HH drinks and was able to order from Blake's secret menu! Blake went out of his way to make us a rootbeer float.

The great service from Blake the bartender is what drove us to come back for a 2nd visit. We enjoyed our time spent in LBLE Lounge and will definitely visit again when we are in the area. Shout out to Blake for making our visit enjoyable.

We definitely recommend the Guava cooler and the secret menu item rootbeer float!“

“Nice place to wind down. It was me and my buddy's first time here. We just ordered some appetizers. The tempura was crispy and fresh. The french fries were very good, and they helped absorb all the Macallan we drank that night.

The service was excellent. The waitress made sure our drinks were always filled.

The atmosphere was perfect and their staff were very friendly. The owner made sure we were taken care of.

Wanting to watch the McGregor fight we impulsively walked into this club! Was greeted by Stella, a pit bull, she was so friendly and accommodating! Their security guard, bouncer, greeter??? It was fun! By the way the fight ended before our drinks arrived ????“

“Nice restaurant tucked in poolside and a wonderful view of Waikiki Beach. We sat on the patio. Perfect day. The food and service are excellent and very conveniently located inside the Hyatt Regency. We were seated right away. This is a good alternative to the small carry out places and the $47 breakfast buffet around the corner. I don’t know about you, but I would have a hard time eating $47 worth of breakfast items.

I highly recommend this place. The service was very good. We had no complaints overall.

“Quiet place to sit with ample outlets. Clean tables and bathrooms. Espresso machine was cleaned right before I used it and the Americano was good. Batch brewed coffee smelled good but was pretty bland in taste. I like their ice machine. Everyone working there was very friendly.“

“Definitely looks better than before. Great friendly staffs! Food was good. No Wifi service outdoors. They do need to install a Wifi extender on the outdoor patio area. Power outlets are limited. Might make it better if they install additional outlets outdoors next to the patio chairs and tables. There’s a shower area with amenities included which was definitely nice! But you have to ask the front desk for bath amenities.“
