I know people that are rakuten members and was fortunate to visit this location twice. Last year and most recently, last week (May 2026). It looks pretty much the same.
The space is clean, spacious and open. You first check in, immediately to the left are the coffee & tea machines, water, and Hawaiian Sun drinks. To the right is the children's play area. Further left are the private rooms, massage chairs and restrooms.

Overseas, there are no places where you can relax because you can't speak Japanese, but this is a place where you can feel at ease because the Japanese staff will help you.
