We had an incredible dining experience at Paris.Hawaii in Honolulu, Oahu. The combination of fresh Hawaiian ingredients with refined French cooking was absolutely exquisite — creative, elegant, and beautifully executed from start to finish.
Every course felt thoughtful and memorable, but the lobster was truly exceptional. And the flan was, without exaggeration, the best flan we have ever had in our lives. It was delicate, rich, perfectly balanced, and unforgettable.

Every item was fantastic, a ton of flavors, and actually enough to make you feel completely satisfied. We haven't had a prix fixe experience in a while where we enjoyed every single item. One of the best and most unique meals I’ve ever had. We have dined at multiple 3 Michelin Star restaurants and Paris Hawai’i was on par or even better. This restaurant has one of the most innovative flavor profiles which sets it apart from typical Michelin starred restaurants. The service was superb; I’d love to dine again.
