Great local chain with fresh ingredients. Usually very busy. No reservations. Most seating is upstairs. Must be present to get on the wait list, and all present to be seated. We enjoyed our breakfast. Limited gluten free items, mostly eggs and such. No GF breads or sweets.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options
We waited a long time to get seated, which was unusual for the area. After 50 minutes, we finally got a table. It's smart to reserve a spot on the wait-list through Yelp beforehand. Once we sat down, service was quick, but it took a while to get water and order our food. When the food came, it was fast, and both the spam and green onion omelet and Hawaiian-style loco moco were yummy, but not overly surprising. I had very delicious pancakes, just as the rumors say. The loco moco was also delicious.There were 2 toddlers and 2 adults, but we couldn't finish the 2x pancakes + loco moco and had to take them home. It was good to share two dishes.
