Since going pescatarian one of the things I've missed most has been katsu and here come these beautiful people with some excellent tuna katsu to solve all my problems and make the world alright. Truly fantastic, highly recommend even if you're not limited to seafood options. The owner seems to be Japanese (Japanese?), and the staff are fluent in Japanese, so even Japanese people can order with confidence.I've been to Hawaii several times, but this was my first time at the Pioneer Saloon.
