“The crew at this location is awesome!!!! They were slammed tonight, but they were literally skating and helping customers at the registers. They all kept their cool and were extremely professional even when customers were rude and impatient. I personally understand being short-handed during busy times, so I hold nothing against them. “ordered the eye-round steak and brisket pho along with the wafu steak, plus the tempura and sashimi add-on (which came with two shrimp, a few veggies, and five pieces of sashimi).

From the moment we sat down to the moment we left, we kept hearing the sound of sizzling plates coming from the kitchen, that’s the wafu steak, and it’s absolutely worth the noise. It was tender, flavorful, and easily my favorite dish of the night, honestly even better than their pho, which was still very good.

While I probably wouldn’t come back specifically for the pho, I’d come back for that wafu steak any day. The restaurant stayed busy the entire time we were there, the staff did a good job keeping our waters full, and the place was decently clean despite the crowd.

Overall, great food, lively atmosphere, and that wafu steak alone makes this spot worth visiting.“

“I like the food here. We always stop here when I visit. The kids love gyoza's here but something changed and now they don't like it. I like the funness of ordering and the variety. The other day ordered a bento box it never came, so we cancelled it. But, we loved the cups they gave the kids. I liked the tempura, the corn dish, the tuna was rich this time, I also like the egg seaweed. But I did get up twice to get help, and also it could be cleaner, we were there at lunch.“

A short Uber ride later we ended up in this little place with huge portions of different kinds of Poke. “This is my go-to spot after I get my hair cut at nearby Major League barber shop. The food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch. I've had the pollo asada and the chorizo & egg tacos, both with rice and beans. 🤤 This is a Veteran/family owned business that takes their food creations and customer relations seriously. It is also SoCal Mex based flavor-wise and takes me back to the neighborhood taco shops in L.A. and San Diego. I look forward to eventually trying everything on the menu.“

“There's not enough space to right the good things about this place. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted and acknowledged by everyone, including the sushi chefs. Water and drink order is perfectly timed. Whether you order teishoku complete meals or sushi, the flavor and and portions are spot on. If you choose to sit at the sushi counter, the spread is just amazing. From white fish, tuna, to shellfish and sometimes even a fruit or plant to cleanse the pallet. I would recommend reservations as this place is always busy. Takeout is also very good!“

The restaurant has converted to an AYCE menu wich is reasonably priced and they kept their more famous appetizers on the menu as well.

“I only come here for the Pho. The broth is not salty but savory. That's good because other Pho restaurants have you drinking 5 cups of water afterwards. portion size is mid with a few slices of meat and couple meatballs. The portion size will not satisfy a normal adult. I can't say that it's worth it to drop $18 and not be full. It is enough to satisfy the taste buds though.“

“Great homey spot for happy tummies. They have all sorts of local favorite plate lunches, Japanese, and burgers. They also have daily and weekend specials.

The prices are also pretty good for a sit down restaurant ~

Todays meal:

We decided to try something new. Fried Chicken and waffles and a Kids Hamburger Steak.

The fried chicken are small pieces, prob the same as their crispy shoyu chicken with four fat mini waffles with powdered sugar sprinkled all over.

The chicken is super crispy with a great crunch, albeit a few pieces maybe over cooked a bit as they were dry inside. The waffles were fluffy and great dipped in the syrup.

The hamburger steak was a big and fat patty. We asked for gravy all over and son son loved it.

Some of our other favorites are the Fried rice omelet with pork adobo, oyakodon, and our almost always usual the crispy spicy shoyu chicken.

The servers are always polite and friendly, sort of reminds me of aunties.

We'll definitely be back for more meals here.“

“I’ve been coming here for six years, and while the food hasn't changed, the crowds have definitely grown. I was surprised to see it packed on a Tuesday night with people waiting outside.

​The atmosphere and service are fairly standard. Because they were in a rush, the staff missed some food crumbs on the seats and didn't wipe the table thoroughly. We ordered quickly to beat the rush from the group behind us.

​As for the food, the bone-in fried chicken is always a winner—tender, moist, and crispy. The Pad Thai is actually one of the closest versions I've had to 'real' Thai food (told by thai friend). I personally didn't care for the spring rolls or the beef in the green curry (I prefer chicken), but that’s just a preference.

Everything we ordered feed 3 adults and 1 child.

​Prices are standard for Hawaii Thai spots. For spice, 'Medium' is my limit—it’s definitely an 'American Medium,' not 'Thai Medium.' I'll be back, though the parking setup and the location are a bit of a hassle.“

I would not order the Asian dishes here like the Pad Thai or the curry (go to a Thai restaurant for that) if I were to do it again I would go for the specials at this restaurant like the Lamb Wellington. I would come back again, too bad it’s our last day here in paradise. I would recommend the lemon tart very good. The chocolate pyramid is nothing special, just mousse and chocolate cake. Listen to the waiters and their recommendations, they know what they’re talking about. Amazing place a for coffee and dessert.“
