From the moment we sat down to the moment we left, we kept hearing the sound of sizzling plates coming from the kitchen, that’s the wafu steak, and it’s absolutely worth the noise. It was tender, flavorful, and easily my favorite dish of the night, honestly even better than their pho, which was still very good.

While I probably wouldn’t come back specifically for the pho, I’d come back for that wafu steak any day. The restaurant stayed busy the entire time we were there, the staff did a good job keeping our waters full, and the place was decently clean despite the crowd.

Overall, great food, lively atmosphere, and that wafu steak alone makes this spot worth visiting.“

“Absolutely incredible food. I got Combo #2 (Beef Pho, Spring Rolls, and Thai Tea), and I loved everything. The pho broth is so flavorful and they give a generous serving. The spring rolls come out hot and crispy. And the thai tea was the perfect amount of sweetness for me. Super small restaurant with limited seating, but service was super quick. “This is my go-to spot after I get my hair cut at nearby Major League barber shop. The food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch. I've had the pollo asada and the chorizo & egg tacos, both with rice and beans. 🤤 This is a Veteran/family owned business that takes their food creations and customer relations seriously. It is also SoCal Mex based flavor-wise and takes me back to the neighborhood taco shops in L.A. and San Diego. I look forward to eventually trying everything on the menu.“

“I only come here for the Pho. The broth is not salty but savory. That's good because other Pho restaurants have you drinking 5 cups of water afterwards. portion size is mid with a few slices of meat and couple meatballs. The portion size will not satisfy a normal adult. I can't say that it's worth it to drop $18 and not be full. It is enough to satisfy the taste buds though.“

“This is a good restaurant. The staff was very accommodating for a large group with multiple kids. They have a robot that will drive around with appetizers on it if you order them. Food was relatively well priced and ultimately if you want to I think this is a pretty good spot.“

I used to work at this mall across from this plot, and Pearl ridge used to lease this plot to all kinds of different restaurants. I was never really interested in trying Lassons but my mother asked me to meet her here for lunch one time. That was all it took for me to constantly think about this place and their food. I kept coming back and kept coming back for more I still can’t stop coming back here. I had the pleasure of meeting who I think was the owner and let me tell you he’s the nicest most generous restaurant owner I’ve ever met!! Encouraged me to try other things on the menu I didn’t even THINK I’d like everything is hands down amazing, I’m not a pork eater but he asked me to “just try” the spicy pork and holy SHIT my eyes rolled to the back of my head it was so good!!!!! “My husband and I spent 24 hours in Honolulu and discovered this wonderful Thai Bistro! The service was very friendly and attentive to our preferences. We ordered spring rolls, brown rice, Penang chicken curry, and green curried chicken. Oh, the flavors were perfectly blended! It’s the best Thai food we’ve had outside of Thailand. “Nice menu and friendly service. Eggs benedict on sourdough was delicious! However, NO real butter in the restaurant. The staff told us they only have a margarine (seed oil) blend. So if you're trying to avoid seed oils, this place is not for you. Hopefully they add butter to the kitchen soon! Ambiance is pretty basic which is fine but there's a ton of dirt on the ceiling around the AC vents and some of that is on the walls. It's a little off-putting once we noticed.“
