I would recommend making a restaurant here in Las Vegas. Genki is a staple back home in Hawaii, and no sushi place here is up to par. I feel like you folks will make a lot of money, especially because of the amount of locals here.
Came for dinner on a thursday evening. Surprisingly there wasn't a wait for a table. We usually take out because we have 5 people (3 of which are children under 11) in our family and this location is always busy. But we decided to dine in while my two older kids had a sleepover. The food is always good whether its take-out or dine in. When you dine in you atleast get the experience of the robot delivering your food to the table.
