I believe the staff needs more training on how to manage busy rush hour times and non-rush hour times. I still get undercooked food after telling them to heat i up properly. The person that actually doing work was let go and now it's not fun going there for food anymore. Sorry, but i'll take my service somewhere else.

The coffee is decent but the customer service is severely lacking. I've now been to this location and had two negative experiences with a employee named Kyra. She is never pleasant, looks visibly irritated to have to take your order and one time refused to let me into the bathroom before a purchase was made, even though my husband was in the long line to order. Then, after we paid she slowly made two more coffees before she let me into the bathroom. It felt like an intentional...read full review
