This place is a must try if you haven't been here. It's very simple. Grab a basket and fill it with whatever you want from many different choices of meat, seafood, and vegetables. But be careful, the price is based on weight. Take your basket to the counter and choose your noodles and soup base. The choice of soup base is great.
