Fantastic experience, the broth (we got Tonkatsu but they have nine other types) was amazing and roiling hot out of the kitchen. It's nice to be able to pick what goes into your ramen as often time at other restaurants there's always something that I'm not too big a fan of, or nothing enough of something I like.
