“One of my family’s favorite gems since arriving to the island we always know it’s going to be a great day once we stop at Da Kåne’s for sure and really happy that it’s close by to our place gives it a little more respect that even if you’re in a tall building or a golf course if you want to serve great food you will and that’s why we love going here because no matter what we know they no disappoint for sure Yeah Mahalo to the kitchen staff and owners never stop doing great!!!!🤙🏽❤️“

“I was visiting Hawaii and decided to go to this location because it was close to where I was staying and I was running errands in the immediate area and I’m familiar with this food chain. But I don’t recommend this location because the service was horrible and the food was worse! I have been to L& L in California and the food was AMAZING! I couldn’t eat the food because it tasted warmed up and the macaroni salad was sour so I tossed it and went to another location and the food was cooked to order and I was very pleased.“

“So far this is my favorite L&L. We had just arrived in the area and decided to stop for lunch in-between lease signing and venturing the staff was friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The food was great. Highly recommend this L&L Location.“

“I have been here twice; once for breakfast and once for plate lunch. Both were solid meals, good portions and I got out under $15. I had a Portuguese sausage omelet for breakfast and chicken katsu curry for lunch. The picture is half way through the regular size portion. The interior doesn't have a lot of seating but it's clean and air conditioned.. . I highly recommend this Ewa Beach hole in the wall. Plus they cater. Ono-licious.“

“Delicious and huge portions! Had Grilled ahi and Teust Us Special with shrimp and ribs - all super flavorful. Would prefer potato or green salad over their long mac. Will definitely be back, perfectly located for pre/post airport stop. 3 picnic style tables (not fancy, but clean) and most were locals doing takeout with easy parking.“

“We had stumbled on Camille's Restaurant and we fell in love with the food and the owners. Recently our Mom passed away and immediately Camille's came to mind for the catering because their food feeds the soul...they cook from the heart and it translates into the flavors of the food. Everyone loved everything ...we had the Lau laus, kalua pig, BBQ chicken, and the smoked meat...everything was cooked and packed with so much love and care it was touching and it overwhelmed our hearts!!! “The food was so good! Ok, there's no indoor dining and the outdoor dining is really rough but during our meal there the locals seemed to love it and for good reason. This is what I imagine authentic Hawaiian BBQ for the working man is like. When you go to a BBQ place and see the orange construction either shirts, is probably going to be good and it was. The girl at the register recommend the beef short ribs and they were amazing. My wife had the teriyaki chicken and it had amazing flavor, though a bit overcooked, I still finished it if for her gladly. My only warning: one dish is plenty for two hungry people! We were getting ready to head to the airport and didn't want any to go to waste, so we have half to a mother with four teenage boys. They were 😊. Definitely will return next time we visit the island.“

“Take out only. The have a vast variety of manapua, both steamed and baked. Staff is very friendly, efficient and puts a smile on my face. Makes a great impression when you are walking into a meeting, gathering, etc cause although everyone loves manapua, pork hash, half moon, rice cake, etc. Most people never think about this option which is far superior to donuts or other pastries.“

“Restaurant outlet inside Four Seasons Hotel Oahu. This is also the restaurant for serving breakfast. Breakfast can be buffet or a la carte. Buffet selection is pretty good. Although the best breakfast buffet I found was at Four Seasons Bangkok. Fresh juices are served here. A bit disappointing that they do not serve any breakfast steak or some sort of....“

“This is the perfect hidden food place that locals go to. Good food, good prices and the service is practically non existent. Meaning, it's 99% take out. There is a small table outside but that's why it's cool. No nonsense food at a good price. I highly recommend the Bento #1, the Katsu and the fried chicken.

Parking: The parking is hard to find but if you wait for a few minutes someone will leave.“

“We just got coffee (locally grown Hawaii blend), but it’s such a charming decor showing old-life Hawaii. Offers local staples and such. Order on a line and take to your table… if you can find one. Outdoor seating is more limited than idoor seating.“

“I work near by. The previous owner retired. This L&L took over by local people. Both of the owner are friendly and super nice, always shows Aloha Spirit. It is not only business , it is about providing a wonderful place for lunch break.
The food menu here is refreshed ! The restaurant are fully renovated! Clean and tide! From kitchen to seat are! The posters designed so cool!

“We went to this location on Tuesday 7/29/2025 when they had the Tsunami scare. We live on the Waianae coast & had just spent 2 1/2 hours in traffic just to get to our toddler at daycare. We didnt make it in time to go home before the first wave was predicted to hit, it was too late to try to get to our pups in Waianae, so we decided we needed to stop somewhere to eat, far outside the tsunami zone.

We don't have much family here, so we really didnt have anywhere else to go. As we ate, we sat there distracted, speaking of everything we would lose. Worried, anxious, sad, etc.,

Our waitress was very kind & friendly. My daughter kept asking about the token machine & when we were done eating, she brought her a token. She didnt have to but she did and that was super sweet of her. I wish I remembered her name. It was a small act of kindness, but it meant a lot & we really appreciated it.

We had the spaghetti and meat sauce with garlic bread & it was delicious. My husband ordered the Korean Fried chicken and it was delicious as well. The desserts were delicious as well. This was our first time at this location and we definitely appreciate & enjoyed it.

“Honestly: I’m disappointed in *myself* for not finding this place sooner! Got the loco moco plate and let me just say- it’s not only packed full of food, but it’s also packed full of FLAVOR! The mac salad was absolutely on point as well. The young lady that assisted me at the counter, Taney, was an absolute delight, and shared her insight on the best “go-to” items on the menu with an added twist. :) I’m already excited for what I’ll try next!“

“If you do any luau here… do this one at Aulani. When aulani first opened they had a luau of sorts on the lawn on some nights with music and hula and it was great. They then started the Ka Wa’a a luau and really made it better. The first time on Oahu in 2011 we did the Paradise Cove luau which was very touristy to say the meat and the food was alright. The Aulani luau feels more authentic and the food is hands down better quality- think 4 star restaurant Hawaiian food! The show can’t be beat and the pre show activities are perfect. Spring for the premium tickets for better seating, earlier access and the free foto.
This is always our must do the last 3x we have visited Aulani now.

There is a Disney twist to this luau but they story telling is beautiful and makes you feel like a part of the Hawaiian culture!

Update 5/24/26: still a great luau on this trip! Bonus if you get a room overlooking that area of Aulani you can watch from your balcony. Shout out to Rod- the best bartender!“

“Caught them at Windward Mall this past Saturday, April 9. Best Shoyu Pork….Ever! Prime Rib was da bomb and sooo tender! Very friendly too!“

“I was told that the owners of Miki’s opened this business to serve food for all the people working graveyard shift or finished work late.

With that being said, this place has the best food anywhere in this time frame 12am - 3am. Miki’s is an amazing change of food choices for late at night.

-The plates are cheaper with big servings compared to other places.
-Lines get long but the wait time after ordering is never past 10 minutes.
-Parking is fun because it’s either on the curb or the side of the street.

People reviewing this place needs to realize this hole-in-the-wall food business is meant for people like me. Those who work late into the night, that’s my demographic. If you’re comparing this place to Zippys or anything like that, then go there shut up. This place makes all their food with love, that beats anything opened after hours to me, no 7/11, McDonald’s, no fast food place can compete that.“

“Our visit has excellent sushi, fast service, and a high quality experience. If your family doesn't like sushi you may find the menu limited. Note that Wednesdays and Thursdays are great days to go here and enjoy live music along with dinner. Would definitely recommend on those nights.“

“Whenever I miss the galbi I used to eat back in Korea, I come to L&L and order their BBQ short ribs. They are just as delicious as the ones in Korea!
While the price for a single plate might seem a bit high at first, the portions are actually very generous, so I think it’s a great value. I highly recommend it!“

I honestly didn’t have very high expectations going here, but I have to say I am very satisfied with the quality of the food, and the portion. I plan on eating here again!“

“Like many other L&Ls the restaurant does look a little out of shape and run down but don’t let that fool you from coming. You will get fast service and very reasonably priced yummy food that’s packed full of flavor and handled by nice staff. It’s great to visit family in Hawaii once a year and go back to your favorites. “Stumbled upon the food trucks when we were in the area. Decided to try this one out, which turned out to be good. The special was a steak dish and also had the pork/chicken combo.
Everything was pretty good, however the menu song doesn’t let you know everything you are getting. I didn’t know the chicken was with noodles, the special didn’t specify the sides, etc.
In any event, enjoyed it all (even though the Mac salad is like 45% mayo)
Would definitely get the kalua pork and absolutely would get the steak special again. It was my favourite.“
