Did some takeout on a weekday night and had an excellent experience.It's weird, the first time we came here a few years ago, it was excellent. We came again a year later and it was sort of a miss. But last week when we went again, they're back on track! A great, great local, authentic restaurant. I went here just before going to the airport to go home and I was very pleased with everything. The food was excellent, especially the chicken, with an authentic local flavor. The server was very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient too. It was a little expensive, especially for the combos, but you get a bit of variety in the food you get, so it's a bit more understandable. Hole in the wall restaurant with amazing food! The kalua pork is so tender and flavorful. The nachos looked amazing (regretting not getting those) and the carne asada street tacos were so good! Get the combo 1 and street tacos with hot sauce and thank me later!
