“Amazing Poke! We got the tako poke bowl and the spicy ahi poke bowl and it was hands down the best poke I’ve ever had! The garlic rice/dirty rice is phenomenal!!!!! The bagoong fried rice is also incredible! Topped it all off with an Ube cheesecake. Everything was delicious. I’m only in Hawaii for a few weeks but I will be back! The staff was super nice and friendly too! Great service! They even offer a military discount.“
“This was a wonderful family luau. The first thing I noticed was how beautiful and welcoming the dancers were. They were teaching audience members how to use different musical instruments & my family loved this. Then we had such food samples such as poke& salmon and drinks as a starter before the main buffet. The buffet was awesome! I especially loved the pork, veggies and fish. But everything was really good. Finally the show was awesome! The dancers were great showcasing different cultural dancers. I'd highly recommend this show!! Also I purchased a Groupon that allowed me to pay for an even better price. I really enjoyed this luau.“
“We visited around 4pm and it was very quiet, the servers were very attentive and helpful, I never ran out of water. The fried chicken was incredible, and it seemed to be the size of a whole chicken. We also enjoyed the garlic Parmesan fries and salad. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the prices were reasonable (large dishes!)“
“Had a magical time, The food the amazing entertainment. The story telling. We Ieft stuffed. The service was that of any 5 star restaurant. They brought drinks refilled my water before it emptied, checked on us. So much food and the choices were perfect. The lawn was gorgeous. We had great table mates. The dancing and story telling was fantastic The people doing the show, honestly looked like they were having just as much fun performing the show as we did watching the show. Well worth the price. Glad we did the preferred seating.“
“The luau itself was fantastic. The shuttle bus was a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and uber it. The bus guy rushes you bigtime, talks constantly, which would be fine if you could understand what hes saying. After, they expect you to run back to the bus, and if God forbid, you have to use the restroom, they call you and ask where the heck you are. Thank God the luau was TOP NOTCH...because the shuttle bus experience was a disaster...and we stayed at Hilton Hawaiian Villiage...they made us walk nearly a mile to the meet spot. They tell you its a green shuttle, then a black one shows up...so its confusing. Then, they drop you in the same spot, so its another mile hike back after. Rant over!“
“Roy's is always a family favorite! They treated out kids (4 & 5) like royalty. As soon as we sat down, they put food in front of them, without even ordering. The kids meals were a great value and came with an appetizer, entrée and desert. Our only regret was only eating here once. Our oldest asked every night if we could go back to Roy's because he loved it so much.Yes, it is on the more expensive side, but in this case, you get what you pay for! Top notch service. Great good and drink. Amazing attention to detail when it comes to kids.Kid-friendliness: As soon as we sat down, the waiter brought out the kids a quesadilla and some fruit as their appetizer, without even ordering. I've never experienced a restaurant that just brings kids food to keep the quiet. Roy's has it down! Other restaurants should take note.“
“It was enjoyable, but seemed overpriced, like a lot of things in Hawaii.Food & drinks: The food was a little disappointing. Maybe that's on me. I was looking forward to trying poi and other traditional Hawaiian food. There wasn't any. Maybe the staff knew from previous reactions that poi was a novelty that no one really enjoyed. I don't know.“
“Went here for the first time and loved it. Book in advance, we had two vegetarian eaters that received two huge portions. Everyone was super friendly and had a relaxing vibe. The show was amazing and entertaining. Even got picked up near my hotel in Waikiki for a price cheaper than an Uber.“
“We were in Aulani resort in Hawai’i two weeks ago . We love to have breakfast and lunch at this r restaurant. My daughter loved the Micky waffles very much and the view was breath taking while we sitting in front of the ocean to eat .Samantha was our greatest server .She was so genuine , friendly and helpful .We definitely come back here again next year ??“
“We were at Wet n Wild to see San Holo and it was a great set. But the best part of the night was finding this gem of a bar and grill. There was one person working the bar, taking orders, and running food plus one person cook in the back. The hustle these two people had was amazing. We got our food and drinks in a timely manner and everything was delicious! We got the smoked meat, the deep fried chicken, the fried noodles and edamame. Broke da mouth! Dang, we were having a good time. Plus, homegirl at the bar had a smile for us even though she was crazy busy. The bar is queer friendly and several folx from the lgbtia+ community were present and having a great time. I love that cause I feel confident and safe in bringing my queer ohana Left a big tip and will definitely be back again!“
“En Fuego catered my wedding and we loved their food! All the guests were raving about it. They worked with us to specialise the menu we needed for our budget and guests’ dietary needs. They were a little hard to get a hold of at first but very responsive during the planning process. Highly recommend the garlic chicken, I’m still dreaming about it!“
“Yooo! The 3 combo plate and the kalua pig plate w/ adobo fried rice ? amazing. My husband got fried chicken, lechon and kalua pig. All amazing and huge portions so we shared the entire meal and ordered the dessert, which they were kind enough to keep until we finished our meal. The ube ice cream was delicious and the glaze and crumbles were perfect fit. Big enough for 4 ppl but we finished on our own (mostly me). We didn't try the lemonades but i definitely thought about it.“
