It seemed like it was the first time they ever did this event because they were clueless on how to check everyone in and get us inside. And the bar line was nuts. If everyone has a free drink ticket, those drinks should have been ready to go and not at the same line as paid drinks. Missed all the beginning activities due to the line. Food and luau itself were amazing. All the food was unbelievably good. That line flew and getting seconds was easy and encouraged. The show was fantastic! The chief's commentary was hilarious and everyone with us enjoyed the show!“
