“I didn't experience dining here I just saw this Mcdonalds Store at NEX Honolulu when I was in Hawaii. I like to make a Review about this Store because I miss my Grandpa, which happened to be this store's former Crew. Yes! My Grandpa started working here when he was already 67 and Thank you for still accepting him despite of his Age.. and Because of that He can afford to Provide my needs in High School and College and even the Things I don't need but he wants me to have like PSP and stuff even he has a Cancer... But my sick grandpa didn't stop to work and the cancer didn't stop him either. That's why I adore him! He's a Strong man and still Smiling. The day after he died he ask me some food to eat you know what was that? Mc Cafe & Fries from his favorite fastfood Mcdonals then the day after He passed away. “If you’re looking for an ube fix, Nana’s Tea has an ube soft serve swirl will do you right. Aside from the creamy soft serve, they add a small dollop of fresh ube halaya and a couple of mochi ball. Will come back to try the other flavors!“

“This coffee shop is a gem and quickly became the highlight of our trip! The owner was so welcoming to us and our baby, it has truly left such a wonderful memory for us in Oahu. We went back again and again, day after day! The Açaí bowl, Pitaya bowl, scones, cookie and coffee were all so good. The owner even came out just to say goodbye to us on our last day on the island, it was truly heartwarming! We will miss Pai Cafe so much!“

Parking: They have like 3 spots for the cafe but the lot is shared and has reserved spots for other businesses too. Street parking and nearby strip mall has plenty of spots“

“Coming from seattle, I find it hard to locate a non-burnt or acidic tasting coffee place in Waikiki.
This place is a gem find. It is tucked in the back and side street of the DFS duty free shopping mall. Ordered a plain latte (no syrup), it tasted very smooth and good. Def recommend!
They also have nice seating areas, not crowded at all.
Comparing to the over hyped Kona coffee in international market (always has a long line too), this place is so much better in taste and wait time.“

“I have frequent this place multiple times in the morning. Compared to neighboring coffee shops, this one is my favorite.
Cold brew is slightly less than $5.00, iced and straight. No cream and no sugar. It's smooth, tasty, just like the rest of the coffee from their shop. I like the energy bar, still need to try the other food items.
Nice chill location, service staff is friendly and has a good atmosphere.
I'm not sure how their parking is since I walk there.“

“Incredible coffee shop using delicious Pono Potions Oahu-made syrups! We got the Meli Matcha (water-based matcha drink with honey ginger syrup and lemon), the Pauahi (latte with caramelized Mac nut syrup topped with toasted mac nuts), and the ‘Ulu Spice (current special - like a pumpkin spice latte but breadfruit spice). The matcha was one of my favorite drinks of all time - so unique and perfectly balanced!

Didn’t try their baked goods but they looked great and were all vegan + gluten free. Spent the morning exploring Chinatown and was so glad to find this comfortable spot to sit indoors and outdoors. They were hosting a wreath workshop and had fun holiday vendors today, too. Kudos to Peter, Michael, and the rest of the team for the beautiful coffee shop, community space, stellar drinks made from your syrups, and vibe!

“A small and cozy coffee shop, I ended up trying a blueberry coffee (forget the name) and it was an extremely satisfying pairing - my friend got the Kuro Goma and a few other coffees to bring back, and they tasted pretty great as well! They have LOTS of flavors of coffee/drinks though, so I'd recommend any of them for people looking for quality coffee at an aesthetically pleasing shop

“Super friendly staff. Wide range of variety, and they are all sooooo gooood!! They have the best croissants.
Their butter croissants are my personal favorite.

“Very cool location connected to a climbing gym. The barista was sweet and helpful with her recommendations. Mango banana bread was delicious and the wildflower honey latte was a delightful yet unique drink. Will be back if I'm in the area again!“

“My husband ordered the acai bowl, and I ordered the tropical bowl, both in a coconut shell bowl. Both were amazing! We definitely could have shared one, though, as there was a lot! It was a bit pricey. With the bowls, it was about $50, but for a one-time experience, it was worth it. It was very busy but we received our food pretty quickly. There isn't much seating, but it's meant to be a beach shack vibe, so it made sense. It was easy to eat while window shopping or they're were lots of places along the street to sit.“

“A simple layout inside, cool murals, some seating but not big by any means. Good cortado, local coffee from Maui, Kona, and some others. Neat views of the nicely paved road w/ bike lanes and a couple luxury buildings across the street. Couple tables & a bus stop out front. “I came at 8:30am on a weekday Wednesday morning.

I asked for
Pumpkin spice scone ($5), iced oat latte ($6.5), and iced chai ($6.25).

The scones were warm, crispy on the outside and very tasty. The spices worked well and the white chocolate had a nice melty feel to it.
I think the latte is properly bitter and would be good to have with scones.
The chai had a hint of ginger and was delicious. The person who took my order was very nice and the atmosphere of the store was very nice. There were quite a few customers with their dogs, and we got to see all kinds of cute dogs.

It's also a great place to take a break with a delicious cup of coffee after seeing a lot of things in Salt.

“I had a rather pleasant Hangover burrito. It was tasty enough, but it wasn't a 'worldbeater'. The waiting time was about 20 minutes, which wasn't too bad, considering how busy they were.

Edit : Six hours later, I'm still full up from the burrito. It might look a tad wussy when you get it, but it's a heck of a lot more substantial!“

“The Lilikoi Matcha Soda was very good. A nice mix between sweet/fruity and creamy/matcha flavors with just a little bit of carbonation is a great hot weather refreshment. The extremely fast service, minimal seating, and various clothing shops onsite give the feeling of a to-go store, though they serve food as well. Seems like they could have a lot more customers sitting and enjoying onsite if there were more seating available. Didn’t get the coffee-shop/ cafe vibe. Beware parking seems to be an issue with restriction signs posted.

“I went to the Ward location and it was an awesome experience. The manager was very kind and was a source of knowledge. I bought the refill jar and she let me sample a couple of different types I can refill my jar with. “I went there three times during my one-week stay.
I drank the green smoothie with less ginger and no ginger, but I feel like it's complete with ginger.
The watermelon smoothie, which is not on the menu, is refreshing and delicious.

“Dropped by NOLA on Saturday morning for a beignet flight. The service was quick and friendly, though they were out of vanilla and offered pumpkin instead. The beignets are made fresh to order, so there’s a bit of a wait, but it’s worth it. The space is big and clean, but the music was a bit loud for 7 AM—maybe not the best spot to relax with a coffee. That said, the beignets were delicious with a great texture, and the filling was generous without being overly sweet. Highly recommend!“

“5000/10 better coffee than Starbucks. You get real espresso here, so smooth and wonderful. I love their vanilla lattes. They craft amazing coffee.

They also offer hot or cold bites to eat (breakfast/lunch) and pastries which change depending on season, and are always delicious. Their calamansi lime bars are tangy sour and sweet! The molasses cookies are soft and chewy. Delicious

Parking: The building they are located in updated to a paid parking QR code system but using the QR code on the door at the coffee shop gives you two hours free.“

“I have been in Honolulu for two weeks and have tried a different coffee shop almost every day. Try Coffee is by far the best coffee I have had. The baristas are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I would definitely recommend Try Coffee if you consider yourself a coffee snob and aren't a huge fan of the darker roasts.

The space is really great as well. Lot's of comfortable seating.“
