“Today I stopped by at Starbucks in Mililani Town Center before heading back to Kaneohe. I was only in Mililani because my daughter had a basketball game. Anyway, ordered some drinks and snacks for our ride home. I got all the drinks, forgot to ask for the snacks and drove away. I dont know about anyone else, but $10 is $$. I called and spoke to someone named Alajah (sorry about the spelling). What amazing customer service. She was able to help me out and issue me a refund. Girl you are awesome! Thank you for the grrat service! While in Starbucks everyone ws smiling and so friendly. Wish all Starbucks was like this. Definitely made my day a little happier.♥️“

“Love these guys!!! They have a tiny spot inside times. It’s hard to compare their atmosphere to wahiawa since it’s in a grocery store. But the people are always helpful, and fast. And clean. Everything is yummy there. I don’t like coffee, so I try all their other teas and fruity flavors“

“I’m super shy and always order using the mobile app. And last year I use to go to starbucks every morning before school to get a strawberry açaí, and every morning this one barista would remember me and always greet me! I always felt so appreciated by him. And while I don’t go as much anymore, I’m still greeted by him (when he’s there) and it makes my day always. Oh and now a second barista also greets me by my name too :) I really like this starbucks and always recommends this one because they’re always so nice and friendly!

Also one time I ordered online, a sandwhich, and I had went in and it wasn’t ready so I was just waiting. A girl barista asked if I was waiting on something and I had mentioned the sandwich and she had told me they were out unfortunately, but offered me a couple other options which I was happy with. Not only was she super fast about getting the order to me and so polite, she ended up giving me a $5 off gift card too for the inconvenience. I really thought it was a sweet gesture and I didn’t mind waiting. I was just happy she was so nice about it.

“We go there for the shaved ice which is very fine ice, just the way we like it. It's a little slow so we normally always have to wait. They have a seating area outside next to the playground with a view of the pool.

“Mililani Mauka location is a well run McDonald's store. Alfred has been training for Asst. Manager and does a wonderful job treating guest with respect and is also very friendly. Inside service is pretty fast, along with double lane drive-thru and 3 curbside pickup parking spots“
