Great service and sandwiches. The place is comfy enough, though most of the seating is hard with thin cushions. The Hawaii gesha coffee was good, but tasted a little over extracted (bitter) considering the roaster's own notes.
The best vibe no doubt. The crunch time sandwich is top notch supreme best sandwich I've ever had taste and texture. Cold fashion (a play on an old fashion) is so classy and tasty. I love it here.
First visit to Drip Studio. Everything is awesome but the standout is the mochi waffle with berry compote. Wow! Best waffle I’ve had in a while. Coffee was decent. Not my most favorite coffee in HNL but above average. The vibe here is Chinatown, downtown, bar meets cafe meets modern cool.

Drip Studio HNL Specialty Coffee is a small local business on Fort Street. The space is cute and cozy with a great vibe. Customers praise the drinks: the carrot cake latte tastes like carrot cake and is worth the price, the mango matcha latte is as good as Cooke St Market, and the pour over coffee is smooth, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. Chai and a cold fashioned are also tasty. Service is friendly, and the owner greets guests warmly. Parking is limited and can be a hassle, but once inside the atmosphere is great. Many visitors plan to return for more drinks.
