Rada's Piroscki is a Downtown staple. All the workers in the area know this place for a reason. They only have a couple items on the menu because they focus on them and do those items extremely well. I remember growning up, when my dad went to town, if we were lucky, he'd either bring back pirosckis or Char Hung Sut manapua for us. This is an iconic piece of downtown cuisine. Grab and go food for the working masses perfected. There's just nothing else like it on island.
Their fried squid is so ono and also the piroscki is delicious & price is reasonable
I used to buy a Lunch Special A all the time in the past, going back to the 70’s. Yes, I’m old. It became part of Vicky’s Filipino Fast Food in 2009, but it tasted the same so I continued to buy Special A every now and then. Rada’s closed for a while, but I was walking up Fort Street Mall and saw it open so I went to see if anything changed.
