Sunshine & Pineapple is a food truck place in Waikiki with outside seating. The food is fresh, delicious, and prepared very well with amazing quality produce. Portions are big and the price is fair and reasonable. The menu has a lot of good options, including breakfast plates, scrambled eggs, croffles, pineapple sausage, avocado toast, Bao buns, and the pineapple Loco moco. The croffle with pineapple is good and not too sweet. They cook their eggs perfectly every time. For drinks, the matcha latte and the matcha in the cloud are the best, made with a pandan syrup. The espresso is warm and rich. Service is fast and good. The space is very inviting and convenient. It is highly recommended for an unforgettable meal.
