“The boba was fine. Nothing special, but nothing bad. I got brown sugar boba and didn't taste any brown sugar.

I ordered Jasmine Milk Tea @ 50% sweet, and my partner got Lychee Green tea (they only have Lychee black tea on the menu, but they were able to swap to green with no issue).

My jasmine milk tea was lacking in flavor. But my partner's Lychee green tea was fantastic.

I'd rate my drink a 3*, as it was quite plain, but my partner's drink a 5*.

Leaving a 4* as a midpoint for our drinks, and also because I feel the boba could be improved - it was relatively quiet when I got there, so maybe it wasn't fresh, but that doesn't excuse anything.“

“I don’t drink Starbucks too often. And I have a mediocre experience with other locations. But the Kaneohe location in Winward city shopping center is great. It was 6:30 in the morning. Everyone was working hard. No one had an attitude. And the amount of orders they got in got out in a timely manner, including mine. I want to thank the young boy who wrote on every cup a small message hoping it will make our days better. Small gestures like that are hard to find and I appreciated the message on my cup.
