Online ordering convenient. Staff friendly and efficient!
I don’t drink Starbucks too often. And I have a mediocre experience with other locations. But the Kaneohe location in Winward city shopping center is great. It was 6:30 in the morning. Starbucks Coffee Company, located in Windward City Shopping Center, offers a clean environment with a decent amount of seating and a full display case filled with pastries. The staff is friendly, providing good service, although the lack of available bathrooms is a notable downside. Customers enjoy the coffee offerings, finding them to be of superb quality, but some mention the pricing as outrageous. While most drinks are satisfactory, there are instances where adjustments are needed, as one family member found their cold coffee drink improved significantly after it was redone. Overall, the experience is mixed, with friendly service but room for improvement in facilities and drink consistency.
