Omakase was very good! There was a variety of sushi pieces and presentation was simple but carefully created! Atmosphere was quaint but roomy enough to the person sitting next to you. Domo Arigato Chef!!
Relaxing and friendly atmosphere, very friendly dog. Loved the katsu sandwich and my friend loved the coffee jelly. Will try the honey cheese toast next time.
First time experiencing omakasa and first time at 22 Kailua. As a long time sushi lover, this experience blew my socks off. I tasted dishes I had on my “wish list” including sea urchin, steamed egg, otoro tuna, and raw scallop - and an unexpected umami dashi gel that topped wagyu carpaccio. Can’t wait to return.
