“I just got takeout this time but I've been to this location before. The Wendy's on Oahu are hit or miss for cleanliness, service, and quality, but this one in Kapolei by the new Donki is one of the better ones. The staff is attentive enough, the restaurant is neat and clean, the drive through is fast, and the food is consistently good. Wendy's is my favorite fast food burger.“

“I’ve been on island (Oahu) for 31 years now, I’ve been to all the 4 and 5 star restaurants, this is easily the best customer service experience I’ve had anywhere, ever.! Food was excellent, establishment clean - fantastic and customer service even better. All the staff at this location are fantastic, the cashier and server, Chanel, a complete and total professional and a first class lady!“

“I got a double cheese burger and it was by far the best I’d had in a very long time, great fries also! The only down side is the price is pretty high, $13.39 for a cheeseburger and $7.49 for some fries! That’s high quality restaurant prices for burgers and fries, just saying! Due to the price I wouldn’t make this my go too for burgers and fries!“

“Want to compliment the drive thru cashier Andrew. His service was great. He even offered to bag my plates for me (I brought my own bag and no one has ever offered to do that before when i would bring my own bag). I appreciate that sweet gesture! going above and beyond!“

“My sandwich was delicious, fresh meats, veges, and the rosemary parm bread was so good. Service was quick for Hawaii but I did have to wait for someone to complete the first part of the order as the guy who greeted me was doing veges and cashier.“
“Wow, after a long snorkel at electric beach we picked up lunch here and couldn’t have been happier! Delicious stew and tamale like pork wrapped in banana and very friendly service. The best food I’ve had on the island.👍😎🌊“

“I have always enjoyed dining at Burger King Kapolei. The Cashiers are very polite and friendly, especially the older gals.My order was processed and presented very neatly wrapped and placed in a bag with napkins. I was asked if I needed any condiments. The fries were fresh and crispy and full in its container. My Whopper was very neatly assembled and not spilling over the bun.I was very pleased with my dining experience and would recommend this restaurant to everyone.“

“There were 5 women expertly and efficiently running the entire restaurant. 2-3 would take orders and then one would do cashier while two in the back were cooking food. After the rush they were cleaning the beverage and dining area. Fast and efficient service. Would definitely return! A little sad that this location doesn’t offer military discount but it seems to be a lot of locations on Oahu.“

“It actually was very good!! You should put some stores in the ATL!“
“Pizza could easily take you a half hour from order to when it's in your hands. Half the time they don't call the numbers out so you're standing around looking like Travolta in Pulp Fiction trying to figure out if your next to get your pizza. The pizza is good though and even my Italian wife from the North East approves of the taste.“
“This is a nice place for kid's to eat at my daughter love's this place and they have alot of options to choose from to make sure the kid's get there vegetables ?.
Vegetarian options: There are some pretty good veggies options here
Kid-friendliness: There are kid's options here and they love the Fortune cookies.
Parking: Lot's of parking as it is up at the mall just don't go on the weekends as it can be hard to find parking spots
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp at the main entrance if you want to stroll up here“

“Very nice establishment. The 3 ppl working when I came in were very nice and each of them greeted me when I walked in the door. It was a young man and 2 young women. My order was made quickly and the girl even took time to help me find some cookies that were super soft, as I love subway cookies. Would come again.“
