“Been a while since I had Arby's. Stopped here because it was right there and I was sick of Jack in the Box. What an awesome decision it was. They have crinkle fries, I didn't know ?. Server was very good, helpful, patient and awesome with service. The food was oh so delicious and freshly made. The area it's located can be a little scary at night but overall it's safe.“
“An auntie neighbor took us here, she's known the owners for decades and we went out of our way that day to order a fried rice dish here (took them 10 min to make it fresh maybe less). Their fried rice is soon legit. Perfectly salty, full of shrimp, eggs, peas, etc. And best of all, not greasy at all! This was similar to home cooked fried rice which is soo different from restaurant greasy. I'm from SF area and grew up going to Chinatown. Fried rice is a staple but a lot of to go places will make it overly greasy, poor quality rice and hardly any mix in ingredients. It's a dish that will tell you if the place is legit. This place has fantastic! Can't wait to try more. Also the owners are so sweet! Really great hardworking family. We can't wait to go again.“
“This hole in the wall was definitely not What I was expecting! But in a good way. At first when you walk in you notice how small the location really is... so try to come at an off peak time. I looked at their menu which was not that big... & thought the prices were a little pricey. Ordered a meal and a side of fries which took so time because they make it fresh. When the food came out, I could not believe how big the portion was! That is why it seemed a bit pricey. But everything tasted so good with all the seasoning. For me, I would consider this place just as a snack. Something on the go but add it to another meal. Their selection is not as big but it's good! Must try at least once.“
“Haven't been here in awhile but it looks clean and remodeled since I've been here.I was greeted by a friendly older local man. He was very personable and the service was quick.I knocked off one star because of their phone system, which I know they have no control over. I called island wide Pizza Hut number and since no one answered a message said, "we are now transferring you to our mainland call center." I rather talk to a person in the store that I'm going to be ordering from.Anyway so I just went in and ordered, much easier and less stressful.“
“Dined in for lunch and tried the Chili and Chicken Mixed plate. The chicken was crunchy and juicy and the chili was tasty! The Banana Cream Pie was delicious!Portion size was generous!Kid-friendliness: They have a kid's menu which gives a choice of entree, drink and dessert.“
“Sooo everyone has had Subway sandwiches at one time or another right? If not then I got the Subway for you! Located in the small strip mall next to the Costco Waipio. I'm not gonna go into detail about the sandwich because I gotta say. I ain't had a bad sandwich at any Subway on this island, but this place has customer service in spades! The Bruddah making the sandwiches was awesome. Super friendly, super helpful in the choices, and super fast and efficient. He wanted my veggie order before my sandwich was outta the toaster and he hit it perfectly. Even offering extra everything if I wanted it. Who does that?And while I was eating in the super clean restaurant I even heard him making a sandwich via speaker phone for a customers wife and he was just as friendly and efficient with her. That's awesome. This place better watch out. This sandwich maker's CS skills are on point!Anyway only down side is the actual parking for the building. It's horrible but that's not their fault. Just park in the Costco lot near the Makai side and you should be all good. Rahja dat!“
“I have visited this establishment approximately twice, and on both occasions, I chose to dine in. During peak times, the queue can become quite long and the service may be slower than desired. However, when the restaurant is less busy, the wait time is minimal or nonexistent. One aspect that I particularly appreciate about this establishment is the positive and friendly atmosphere. The staff members are courteous and welcoming, greeting customers with a warm "Aloha." Despite being situated within Seafood City, which can be quite crowded, the restaurant manages to provide a variety of seating options, including regular chairs, stools, high chairs, and benches. They also offer tables that can accommodate teams, small to large groups, or just two people. I would like to express my appreciation for the ladies who diligently ensure that the tables, counters, and chairs are wiped and cleaned after each customer's use. In terms of menu recommendations, I highly suggest their spicy chicken sandwich, spaghetti, peach mango pie, and fried chicken. However, I must mention that on both of my visits, the chicken tenders I received were unfortunately hard, stale, and of poor quality. Therefore, if I were to order the chicken tenders again, I would kindly request that they be freshly prepared. Overall, my experiences at this restaurant have been positive. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the establishment is well-maintained and clean.“
