Part of me wants to give it a bad review so I can have this gem to myself. But the people are too kind and Oahu needs this place!! From the service, to the chips and salsa, Cali burrito, Horchata and chocolate flan. Everything was presented and created with alpha. Even the vibrant paint and Frida paintings. It’s all a vibe…a vibe that needs to be shared with the rest of the world!“
“Tonight was the best food quality ever in my Jack's lifetime of eating there! I have been going to Kunia Jacks for over 20 years. I normally have great service (people that actually say thank you and you're welcome,) but the food is normally either precooked and very oily, or from time-to-time, we have missing food in our order. My kid's mentioned that the hash browns were different. I joked and said that the oil was clean. But their breakfast sandwiches were not burnt (as usual.) My tacos were not drenched in grease. My fries came home still fresh (15 minute drive from Kunia Jacks.) My gut did not feel sick from all of the grease. IF, it was the oil being new and the proper cooking and holding times, they should continue what they are doing. Keep up the great work, Kunia! You folks are the best! BTW, I wish I had a photo for ya'll. I scarfed my food down way too fast to think about taking a pic!“
“I was charged for an extra egg roll order and I did not receive it. I went back the next day and informed the manager about it. I did not have my receipt but I did have my rewards app that breaks down the items by cost and they gave me my order. The staff were very nice and the restaurant was very clean. Mahalo aaand ALOHA!!! ?“
“Drive thru used to be more of a pain than a convenience at every jack in the box, even the outer islands. They couldn't hear you, and you couldn't hear them, and to make it worse, they could barely speak English, so if they can barely speak English, then they can't understand the words that's coming out of my mouth. I'm yelling my order from the top of my lungs at the Mililani Jack in the box that the Wahiawa Jack in the box could hear me. It's funny now but not back then. They must have upgraded their intercom system cause now they speak good English and you can hear them clearly, because before you couldn't understand JACK SH..“
“This place was already awesome....but they delivered an extra sauce for aguachile that was missing from the order. One of the cooks personally delivered the missing sauce on Superbowl Sunday! Excellent customer service, wish I could give more stars!“
“This place had amazing food! The wet burrito was to die for! Darle was our server, and he was awesome and totally cool to talk to! We liked it so much we went back again the next evening and had the Diablo tacos! Also, very tasty! Again, Darle was there but working at the bar. Mahalo, for some great memories!- That one armed guy!“
“I love this restaurant a lot because the waiters are patient and respectful. I don't understand why there was a rating for 1 because in my opinion it has the tastiest carne asada fries and burritos. I love how the restaurant is colorful and very beautiful! I told my friends to come here if they ever go to hawaii!“
