“The food was fine and met my expectations, but the restaurant itself was in a weird state. The play place was closed, the bathrooms were closed, and the self-serve drink stations were walled off. Not sure if things were being worked on or if this was the norm, but fairly strange nonetheless.“
“One of the most friendly, quick, and delicious McDonalds I’ve been to in a while. I’ve never seen such friendly staff, not only towards me, but even to each other. Nice calming atmosphere even in the midsts of a remodel. I was even impressed with the burrito wrapping. Provided plenty of sauce and silverware and I had even forgot to ask! Great experience!“

“Tonight was the best food quality ever in my Jack's lifetime of eating there! I have been going to Kunia Jacks for over 20 years. I normally have great service (people that actually say thank you and you're welcome,) but the food is normally either precooked and very oily, or from time-to-time, we have missing food in our order. My kid's mentioned that the hash browns were different. I joked and said that the oil was clean. But their breakfast sandwiches were not burnt (as usual.) My tacos were not drenched in grease. My fries came home still fresh (15 minute drive from Kunia Jacks.) My gut did not feel sick from all of the grease. IF, it was the oil being new and the proper cooking and holding times, they should continue what they are doing. Keep up the great work, Kunia! You folks are the best! BTW, I wish I had a photo for ya'll. I scarfed my food down way too fast to think about taking a pic!“

It was a little bigger than a slider so it appears to have shrunk in size from what I remember. Excellent service at the counter.“

“I was charged for an extra egg roll order and I did not receive it. I went back the next day and informed the manager about it. I did not have my receipt but I did have my rewards app that breaks down the items by cost and they gave me my order. The staff were very nice and the restaurant was very clean. Best time to come is evening time when there's barely anyone avoiding the rush, especially during the holiday shopping season ??? Awesome service, especially using the drive thru. We decided to enjoy our meals in Wendy's parking because there was no one, and it seemed a relaxing spot to enjoy ourselves---and it was. “Been wanting to try their food for the longest time. Someone brought me the chicken katsu special with drink included. I enjoyed the katsu more than I expected. The batter had a crunch to it - even after microwaving. I liked the "hard" batter, although some say it's overcooked. It wasn't dried out at all. Not much of a flavor (how some people like it) but the katsu sauce completed the fkavor. Katsu sauce was filled to the brim of the separate round container and on the sweet side. Mac salad had a flavor of its own. Overall, I did enjoy my meal and would order the katsu again. The portions are plenty! Very generous - especially for a $10.00 lunch with a drink included. I look forward to trying the other items.“
